My Dad had a massive stroke at the end of 2025 but finally returned home in April, with thanks to the amazing team at QUAS. We never thought we would ever be in this position as my Dad was the fittest 80 year old, but here we are, and we wouldn't be able to cope without our wonderful team of carers who look after Dads every need. They are the nicest, politest and most caring people I have ever met, and they go above and beyond to support not only Dad, but my mum too. My brother and I can rest easy knowing they are both in such good hands, and if there's ever any concerns, they are very quick to contact us and go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Those working behind the scenes are also incredible, and every email/query is dealt with promptly and nothing is ever a problem.
My Dad really looks forward to the visits, and they've brought a lot of happiness into a very difficult situation for my parents. Thank you QUAS, we are so lucky to have you.

As my sister became less able to remain independent we started to look for a Personal Care Provider which could meet her needs both initially (in 2025) and for the foreseeable future. She was aware of QUAS so we contacted them. From Day one we were struck by the personal approach and interest in meeting the needs of the client As time has gone on my sister's care needs have increased to the present where she now has 24 hour live in care allowing her to remain in her own home. QUAS showed great care in finding carers who would 'gel' with her and help keep her relaxed. After six months of live in care, she now has a good quality of living with companionship and activity part of the daily routine.
The carers are always on time and include my sister in deciding the activities for the day. As I do not live in the area I am relaxed knowing that she is happy and well looked after.

I have over 30 years of experience working across both hospital and community health as a registered nurse. With this, I founded Quas Healthcare in 2023, with a clear vision: to provide outstanding, personal and supportive care – as if we were a trusted family member.
Throughout my career, I have seen the challenges faced by individuals and their families who require support at home. This helped me to shape Quas Healthcare's person-centred approach to client care: where every client is treated as an individual, and every care plan is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
I have developed a strong reputation for recruiting and training compassionate, skilled carers who share the organisation's values. I personally ensure all staff receive ongoing training and mentorship support, so they can provide the highest standard of care expected of them as a carer with Quas.
Our wonderful carers are matched, to the best of our ability, with clients to keep their home life as close to regular as possible. Quas's dedication to providing the highest quality domiciliary care leads us to focus on clients' and their families' autonomy over their care package, rather than simply supplying their care requirements.
