Good quality care. Consistent care team who treat the client with dignity and respect their values and wishes.
The carer has been patient, followed the client routine and procedures with kindness and expertise.
Carer is on time and welcoming on arrival.

My care has been exceptional. The carers are very meticulous and attend very carefully to my personal needs.
They are always pleasant and cheery.
Their work is carried out to a very high standard. The carers make you feel special and you are treated very much as an individual.
I would not
hesitate in recommending the care company who provides my care.

Happy with overall care, some of the girls go just that little bit extra for my wife, I am happy with their treatment of my wife and service provided.

We as a family would like to express our thanks to the manager and her team at Quas Healthcare for there continued exceptional care given to my husband. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do for him to make him comfortable. I have to say a physio that was in my home monitoring the managers
staff said to me as she left 'that was the best trained staff' she had ever come across. Praise indeed.

QUAS began providing care for my husband almost six weeks ago and very quickly identified and adapted to his needs in a professional, polite and diligent manner, showing competence and compassion. They show interest in, empathy and sympathy to him and also to me. On arrival at each visit, they
enquire about our welfare and we believe a very comfortable and multi-faceted relationship on both sides has developed. They take their caring role seriously but, where appropriate, use humour to lift spirits. They converse on a range of topics, thereby providing a link with the outside world. They are prepared to listen and discuss minor adjustments/adaptations requested.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the care that QUAS are providing. We feel the standard of personal care is excellent and are very appreciative of that. What could
be seen as an intrusion into our home has
not turned out like that. We both welcome
the carers' visits and see them as a vital
component of our lifestyle.

We cannot thank the manager and the team for the person centered care and support provided to our relative. Care was provided at short notice due to a deterioration in our relative's condition, and her desire to stay at home. A professional and flexible approach was taken to support not only our
relative but the family too, for which we are very grateful.
