As a new agency, I was a little nervous about using this agency but when I met the manager, I felt totally reassured. I had to arrange emergency care over Christmas for my mum who was staying for 2 weeks and needed personal care. Having approached a number of agencies Pegasus stood out. The care my mum received was 1st class. As a social worker, I have seen some pretty terrible care experiences but Pegasus Care Services showed, kindness, care, sensitivity and a genuine warmth which is how it should be. My mum got on really well with the carer and felt safe and respected. As a new agency, I would highly recommend Pegasus and will be using them again when my mum comes back to visit.
