Home Instead Castleford and Selby are proud to offer a range of high quality, person centred, home care services, tailored to your individual needs, across Castleford, Garforth, Pontefract, Selby, Goole and the surrounding areas.
The team know how hard it can be to find reliable, responsive, trusted care that meets the needs of you and your family and are here to support you every step of the way.

Services include home help, companionship, personal care and specialist dementia care, as well as medication support, assisting with local trips and outings, cleaning, laundry and respite care.

All Care Professionals are chosen due to their caring and compassionate nature and receive industry leading training, which is ongoing. All Care Professionals are directly employed by Home Instead Castleford and Selby, have full employment history checks and are fully DBS checked along with the right to work in the UK. After an initial consultation, new clients are matched to a small team of Care Professionals based on shared interests, personalities and skills required, to ensure all clients have a positive experience on each visit and are never visited by a stranger they haven't already been introduced to.

All care packages are tailor made to meet your needs and can range from a couple of hours a week up to 24 hours a day. Services are continuously reviewed to ensure the care you receive matches your strengths and needs and contributes to helping you to live safely and independently in your own home.

This Home Instead agency is an exemplar of everything one should expect from a professional, reliable, trustworthy and caring home care service, offering the very best in personal care for your loved ones.
Their attention to providing the best working environment, and valuing their team of carers,
is refreshing for an industry that sadly doesn't always put their employees first, and this ethos is clearly reflected in the care assistants' reliability, positive attitude and morale when visiting my dad!

Outstanding service from the manager and the team at Home Instead. We didn't know where to start when Mum needed more help to stay in her own home. The manager came out to meet us to discuss our requirements and then made it happen! We cannot praise them enough and highly recommend this company, who

We started with Home Instead in June of this year and the whole process has been great. All protocols were fully explained, staff were introduced and both mum and I felt comfortable with all the carers coming in to her home. Staff have become friends and we really appreciate the communication and transparency

My mum really appreciates her visits from Home Instead and I have peace of mind that someone who we can trust is visiting, helping her to clean the house and looking out for her.
Mum has visits once a fortnight with a view to building this up should we need it. It is good to know that Home Instead
is flexible too as we have occasionally had to change the day/time of visits.

My aunt is being very well cared for each day and she has shown a lot of improvement since the visits began. I can totally recommend this company and nothing is too much trouble for them. The carers are lovely people and my aunt has grown really fond of them all.
