At Community Quality Care Services, Privately funded care is priced at the weekday, weekend & bank holiday rate.
we offer flexible packages designed to suit your lifestyle and needs. Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute, hourly, or block-hourly visits, with a minimum commitment of just 5 hours per week.
Bank holiday visits are charged at double time, and we kindly ask for 7 days’ notice to cancel without charge.
We’re proud to support households in all their diversity—including couples, where we’ll happily prepare and serve food or drink for both individuals at no extra cost.
If the second person requires care, we offer additional support at a reduced hourly rate following a brief assessment.
We also understand that pets are part of the family, and—where safe and appropriate—we’re pleased to offer light pet care services as part of our visits.

Anne's comprehensive oversight covers all daily business operations, from recruitment and in-house training to budget management, marketing, and essential client services like assessments, risk management, and safe medication administration. She also ensures robust systems are in place for safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
In 2024, Anne chose to sell her "CQC good-rated" domiciliary company to find a better work-life balance. Her impressive qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Dementia Studies, an NVQ in Health & Social Care, various qualifications in Leadership & Management, IOSH Managing Safely, a Teacher Training qualification, Professional Supervision, and Psychology.
With a profound personal and professional interest & with vast knowledge in dementia care, stemming from her past ownership of a dementia activity business, Anne is driven to deliver person-centred services. Her core objective is to empower clients to remain living at home for as long as possible, thereby reducing unnecessary hospital admissions. Anne's positive and proactive approach cultivates a warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients and staff within the family-run business.

Suhail is one of three directors at Community Quality Care Services, bringing with him over 20 years of business leadership experience. Before co-founding this venture, Suhail successfully operated as a franchise owner within a nationally recognised organisation, gaining extensive expertise in business management, customer service, and working within a highly regulated industry governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
In addition to his professional background, Suhail is also an experienced residential landlord. This role has provided him with valuable knowledge in compliance, property management, and risk mitigation—skills which further enhance his capabilities in the care sector.
Suhail has been closely involved for many years in providing operational support within a family-run domiciliary care business based in Bolton. This hands-on experience has helped shape his deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
At Community Quality Care Services, Suhail is a full-time director working in close collaboration with the Registered Manager. He plays a central role in overseeing the business operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving service excellence. Suhail is actively involved in the recruitment and selection of staff, client assessments, staff scheduling, and overall service delivery.
In addition, Suhail serves as the company’s Health & Safety representative and is responsible for business continuity planning and supporting the organisation’s risk management processes.
