Having used L&T Healthcare for my mum for a short period of time I can only speak extremely highly of the team.
They showed my mum such respect & dignity each time they came daily. The care was above and beyond expectations staying with her much longer than the agreed times, very very reassuring towards
her throughout the visits.
Each time she saw the carers walk down her path my mum would have a big smile on her face always speaking very highly of them and happy to see them.
I found it such a difficult decision to get personal care for my mum and worried that she wouldn't accept anyone, I could not have been more reassured by the team.
Communication was excellent on a daily basis and always available at the end of the phone to help and advise.
My sincere thanks goes out to the team, they were wonderful. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.
Yes 100% I would recommend L&T Healthcare Limited.

L&T Healthcare has truly changed things for mum. She loves having the same carers. We now have two carers we know, trust, and feel completely comfortable with and they cover each other for absences, holidays, and sickness which is great. This has made such a difference. Before, with a previous company,
we never knew who would turn up at the door, and it left my mum feeling unsettled. Now she feels safe, respected, and relaxed because she knows exactly who is coming in. That consistency has meant the world to her and to us. All changes are communicated so well through the App. We always know what the carer has done after each visit. Honestly, they've been amazing from the start, and I wouldn't change this company for anything. They've brought peace of mind, trust, and real stability to my mum's care, and we're incredibly grateful.

L&T Healthcare were nothing short of incredible in looking after my dad. They helped him with his medication, showers, meals, and day-to-day comfort, and as his health declined they increased their visits to overnight without hesitation. Nothing was ever too much for them.


They kept us informed,

reassured us when we were overwhelmed, and always treated my dad with such kindness and dignity. The management were just as supportive and genuinely cared about what we were going through.


We couldn't have asked for better care. They were a lifeline for my dad and for us as a family.

We can't recommend Lisa and her team highly enough . My husband's loved father and our children's adored Grandpa wanted to remain in his beloved home until the end. From beginning to end the 24/7 care received was outstanding in particular during the palliative care stage . We had to ensure the care
provided was going to be totally supportive, caring and comfortable as we did not live on the mainland. We are so grateful to L&T for the compassion, love and care shown to our dad throughout and all their continued support since his recent passing .

L&T Healthcare looked after my grandad during his final months, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed. They took on his care package at a very difficult time, when he was at his lowest, and treated him with the utmost dignity and respect throughout.
The
carers were always kind, patient and professional, nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept us updated regularly, communicated clearly about any changes, and always respected my grandad's wishes. It was clear that they genuinely cared about his comfort and wellbeing.
Even though my grandad sadly passed away on 24th July, I'll always be grateful for the support and reassurance L&T Healthcare provided to him and to our family. They made a very hard time that little bit easier, and for that, we'll always be thankful.
I would wholeheartedly recommend L&T Healthcare to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable and professional home care.

All the staff at L&T Healthcare Ltd. are just absolutely wonderful caring individuals who go out of their way to make my mum feel happy. Everyone, from the Manager and Nursing Specialist Senior Carer, to the Carers who arrive regularly in the week, to the live-in care that mum receives. These women
go above and beyond and deserve high praise.
Their first rate care has lightened my load and improved my mum's quality of life. I cannot sing L&T Healthcare's praises highly enough!
