Grace Care have been very caring, kind and reliable, showing the responsibility for my mum's care has been life-changing. Cannot thank them enough. My mum sends glowing reports on a daily basis. Thanks again.

The care we got from Grace Care was to a very high standard. The nurses and care persons showed respect under the most difficult circumstances. We cannot find any fault with this company. We would highly recommend them.

On December 28th I was rushed into hospial at 4.30am with a severe life-threatening condition. It transpired that I had pneumonia, pleurisy and nasty flu virus. I have a CRT pacemaker, respiratory problems and I am also a Hemiplegic. So, I am quite fragile! I spent approximately 48 hours under observation in hospital, as I was at risk the hospital said I would be safer at home than in the hospital which was suffering with various viruses etc. At this time, I was unable to walk or do anything for myself. My wife who is 77 could understandably not cope with me. We then contacted Grace Care 24/7. Over the next approximately 12 weeks they nursed me back to health. Two carers came in every morning and every evening. All the carers were kind and made me feel at ease, in fact they were like old friends! From not being able to walk or dress myself, after about 12 weeks I was independent. My wife and I could not have managed without their help. Thank you all at Grace Care.

The service we have received has been excellent. Courteous and prompt carers and excellent communication between the company and myself. Justin has been more than accommodating and has answered all my questions. A nice, smooth operation. I am happy that my mother has company and help whilst my sister attends her own GP appointments. Would recommend to anyone.

She gets on quietly with her work and takes on board any changes I tell her.

Both of the carers who have assisted my brother have been kind and caring. They are also very conscientious. The only slight problem is that in the evening they are occasionally late but maybe it's my fault and I should have asked for an earlier time slot.

My wife began to have attention by way of washing approximately 4 months ago. I was apprehensive at first but the staff that came were very attentive and kind and have settled down to my wife having care three times per week which at the moment is adequate.
