JPK Healthcare have always been respectful and caring towards our daughter. The carer is always on time and has a lovely kind manner, which we do appreciate very much. If we are not at home (or on respite), we know that she is getting well looked after, and can trust them with our daughter. We would certainly recommend the Company. My mother had fallen and sustained a fractured pelvis so needs support with physical and emotional care.
The manager allocated one staff member in particular to be my mother's carer and in the short time they has been visiting, my mother and the carer have developed an excellent rapport.
The carer is punctual, efficient and follows the plan of care developed whilst encouraging independence.

The care at JPK Healthcare homes has been wonderful. Staff have gone above and beyond, always friendly and welcoming. The care they have given to my sister has been amazing.
