JPK Healthcare have always been respectful and caring towards our daughter. The carer is always on time and has a lovely kind manner, which we do appreciate very much. If we are not at home (or on respite), we know that she is getting well looked after, and can trust them with our daughter. We would
certainly recommend the Company. We will continue with them for as long as possible, as we get older. Thank you for the hard work you do.

The manager has been professional and compassionate from the first meeting we had to discuses my mother's care.
My mother had fallen and sustained a fractured pelvis so needs support with physical and emotional care.
The manager allocated one staff member in particular to be my mother's carer and
in the short time they has been visiting, my mother and the carer have developed an excellent rapport.
The carer is punctual, efficient and follows the plan of care developed whilst encouraging independence.

JPK Healthcare Home Caring looked after my daughter until February 2025, and they were truly wonderful. The carers were kind, patient, and really took the time to understand her needs. They supported her daily, made sure she took her medication, and always treated her with care and respect.
They kept
us well informed and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The office team was also helpful and made everything easy to manage.
We're very thankful for the care they gave and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing home care.

I would like to take a moment to share our experience with JPK Healthcare Homes for the services provided for my daughter. From the initial consultation to the ongoing care, we have been incredibly pleased with professionalism, compassion and expertise the team has shown. The care givers assigned to
my daughter were not only skilled but also kind and patient, understanding her needs and adjusting and tailoring their care to suit her mental health. The care exceeded our expectations and it showed they genuinely cared for her well being. As a family, they kept us updated regularly throughout the duration of her stay, questions answered and concerns addressed promptly making us feel part of her journey.
I highly recommend JPK Healthcare Homes. Their thoughtful, compassionate approach made a challenging time much easier for our family. It's evident the well being of their clients is their top priority and we are so grateful for the exceptional service they provided to my daughter.

I would want to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at JPK Healthcare Homes for the wonderful care my sister received throughout her recent sickness.
We were welcomed with kindness and warmth as soon as we got there. My sister's comfort and well being were always guaranteed by the staff's
extraordinary attention to detail. Every encounter demonstrated their commitment to offering individualized care.
The actual facility was tidy, kept up, and offered a calm, encouraging setting for healing. The general ambience was soothing and comforting, and the amenities were first-rate.
I am especially appreciative of the business manager and her team for 24/7 professional care provided to my sister during the period. They made sure to regularly assess my sister condition which gave me peace of mind during my sister's recovery.
I highly recommend JPK Healthcare Homes to anyone seeking compassionate and high-quality care for themselves or a loved one.
