PentaCare (Bromley & Orpington)

I can't recommend Pentacare highly enough. They have been providing companionship care for my nan, and the support they give her has been wonderful.

She genuinely looks forward to their visits, and it's reassuring to know she has such kind, caring people spending time with her. All of the carers are friendly, compassionate and treat her with dignity and respect, which means so much to our family.

I also have complete confidence that they will raise any concerns about her wellbeing promptly, giving us real peace of mind. Their communication and professionalism have been excellent throughout.

Pentacare provide a good service to my father, staff turn up, my father likes them and they send a rota through every week. They responded flexibly when my father was unwell and an ambulance had to be called.

Overall the care my Mother is receiving is of the highest standard. She is treated with great respect and always listened to. Both staff and management have always acted in a professional and understanding way and given the best service and care that anyone could wish for.

We have been using Pentacare for several months now to help us look after Dad since Mum sadly passed away.

The Pentacare team were so helpful, quick, and efficient in setting up Dads care package at this very difficult time for all of us.

We are very pleased with the fantastic carers, who are all understanding of Dads needs, they are all compassionate, kind and helpful and it has put our minds at rest that Dad is getting regular help and is in good hands.

The whole team, both inside and outside of the office are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend the brilliant service that they provide.

Pentacare looked after our Dad for us by helping him get to bed in the evenings. They were quick to respond to my request for help, compassionate and kind in setting up the care, and continued to be helpful and kind whilst delivering the care. We met Dad's lovely carer and he was just amazing - so calm and capable. We were very comfortable that Dad was getting the help he needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pentacare - the only slight negative for us was that as they don't use a portal is wasn't possible to check how Dad's bedtime had been. There never were any issues and I'm100% certain I would have been contacted if there were so this is not a criticism of Pentacare, just a personal preference. They were excellent and extremely helpful.

My family and I wouldn't ever hesitate to highly recommend this wonderful team, they are simply... the best!

We have been so happy to know that Mum is being cared for so well, with kindness, laughter and thoughtfulness each visit. Currently, Mum only has a one hour visit once a week, but this may need to increase as her dementia progresses and it is good to know that we have a care company who are with us through this journey.
