Funding & Fees

Daily Charges per Person

  • Hourly Visiting Care Fees: £31.60 - £35.30
  • Weekly Live-in Care Fees: £1,450 - £1,850
  • 30 Minute Visiting Care Fees: £20.70 - £23.20
Weekday: 30 minutes £20.70, 45 minutes £26.50, 1 Hour £31.60
Weekend: 30 minutes £23.20, 45 minutes £28.70, 1 Hour £35.30
Additional Charges - A rate of 1.5 times the standard weekday rate applies on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and after 5:00 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
For trips out and shopping, a mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply to cover the carer’s fuel expenses.

Overall Experience

We have been using Pentacare for several months now to help us look after Dad since Mum sadly passed away.

The Pentacare team were so helpful, quick, and efficient in setting up Dads care package at this very difficult time for all of us.

We are very pleased with the fantastic carers, who are all understanding of Dads needs, they are all compassionate, kind and helpful and it has put our minds at rest that Dad is getting regular help and is in good hands.

The whole team, both inside and outside of the office are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend the brilliant service that they provide.

Overall Experience

Pentacare looked after our Dad for us by helping him get to bed in the evenings. They were quick to respond to my request for help, compassionate and kind in setting up the care, and continued to be helpful and kind whilst delivering the care. We met Dad's lovely carer and he was just amazing - so calm and capable. We were very comfortable that Dad was getting the help he needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pentacare - the only slight negative for us was that as they don't use a portal is wasn't possible to check how Dad's bedtime had been. There never were any issues and I'm100% certain I would have been contacted if there were so this is not a criticism of Pentacare, just a personal preference. They were excellent and extremely helpful.

Overall Experience
We have used this wonderful service for my mum for the past 3 yrs, their empathy, caring, kind nature ensured my mum, who was total care in her bed, was looked after 4 times a day with the utmost respect and just good old kindness. All the carers and head carers are the most lovely dearest people whose rapport was built up in those 3 years until my dear mum passed away in April 25.

My family and I wouldn't ever hesitate to highly recommend this wonderful team, they are simply... the best!

Overall Experience

We have been so happy to know that Mum is being cared for so well, with kindness, laughter and thoughtfulness each visit. Currently, Mum only has a one hour visit once a week, but this may need to increase as her dementia progresses and it is good to know that we have a care company who are with us through this journey. I am the Registered Manager for PentaCare Services and have many years of experience working within the health and social care sector. I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.
