After spending months looking for the perfect care provider for my grandmother, I have stumbled across SWL Care Haven and can finally relax knowing my grandmother is being looked after by the best carers and is in safe hands. The first two visits I was sitting alongside my grandmother, witnessing first hand the 5-star care she was receiving, and this allowed me to have the confidence to leave the house and leave my grandmother alone with the carer (whose company she enjoys and looks forward to).

I recently started using SWL Care Haven's cleaning services on a weekly basis and have no complaints so far. The staff are friendly, efficient and hard working with very little need for direction even on the first day. They are easily able to finish the job to a high standard within the allotted time, making maintaining the cleanliness of the house much easier to manage between visits. All in all an excellent service.
