I have also found the management of the care arrangement to be good, for example, time is taken for new carers to meet with my parents before they provide care.

Overall Experience
The Carer came on time , was friendly and to do any little job requested. I did not require any personal care but it was good to see a friendly face. My family wanted to assure themselves that I was OK while my husband was away and this was done happily .
