AH Home Care is a Care Service run and managed by a Dr and a Registered Manager who, between them, have over 30 years of experience within the healthcare sector. Between them, they have achieved many years of experience and gained a good insight into what good care services should look like and they always aim to deliver.

The Registered Manager has undergone extensive management training over the years and has experience in many domiciliary care settings. She also has a family member who has multiple and complex care needs, and has a great understanding of how this impacts other families and loved ones. She believes that all care should be delivered with a person-centred approach, with complete involvement where possible from service users, friends, and family, and should exceed the expectations she would like for her loved ones.

AH Home Care always seeks to ensure clients receive the best possible care. The Registered Manager and/or key players will undertake regular quality assurance visits. These visits enable the company to improve services, as required, by acting upon client feedback. All clients have the opportunity to talk with the Registered Manager and have a friend or relative present if required. Clients may also contact the AH Home Care senior management team at any time to discuss their requirements, by calling on the office number.

Hi, I am Sharon, I hold a management registration for AH Home Care, an exciting new company, owned by a Dr, who is very supportive and passionate about delivering the best possible care to users.
I joined the company in 2024 and had the exciting role of building and preparing the company, to ensure it is compliant, and has all the tools it needs to deliver good quality care and support to vulnerable people.
I have been very fortunate to work in the care industry for over 25 years. I have worked in various settings - Domiciliary-Supported living - Assisted living, Residential and Rehabilitation providers, I have worked with some fabulous people who use the services, and diagnosed with various Mental Health - autism- Learning Disability - Brain Injury.
I ran my own company for 5 years, and have also had the pleasure of working with children and young people, providing a stable, safe, and loving environment, and watching them flourish into, strong, empowered, confident young adults.
I am passionate when working with all kinds of people and have a personal approach to my work as I have a brother with complex care needs, and I understand first-hand the impact this can have on families and loved ones.
