We have been very happy with our carers and the service that Helping Hands Monmouth provides overall. Our carers are kind, considerate and extremely helpful! Communication with the company is always easy and responsive. My husband has a terminal illness, and the respect he is afforded by our carers is very appreciated. As his wife, I also feel that they are looking out for me, too. Wonderful company, and we have already recommended to friends.

We have been so impressed with the service provided by Helping Hands Monmouth. The care has been wonderful from the very start. We met with a lovely lady who gave us all the information needed and really put mum and us at ease. The carers are all so supportive and kind and really go out of their way to make sure mum is doing okay and is happy at home. Thank you so much Helping Hands.
A class act of a care providing company, staff that call are trained well and all have all the attributes of a good carer. The communication with the office is spot on rotas sent prompt, and any days changed or canceled spot on! Always smiling friendly carers as well, I feel at ease because I work full time and my wife is in good hands with Helping Hands homecare, I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

Opening the Monmouth branch in 2022 was deeply fulfilling as we continue to grow. Passionate about making a difference, I foster a supportive, compassionate team.
In my spare time, I enjoy countryside walks with my husband and Chihuahua, playing piano, reading, and watching wildlife.
