The care provided was excellent, but important for me to have some respite from day to day care for my husband, to go on holiday for a week and know he was safe. He was very happy with the care he got.

We have been so impressed with the service provided by Helping Hands Monmouth. The care has been wonderful from the very start. We met with a lovely lady who gave us all the information needed and really put mum and us at ease. The carers are all so supportive and kind and really go out of their way
to make sure mum is doing okay and is happy at home. Thank you so much Helping Hands.

A class act of a care providing company, staff that call are trained well and all have all the attributes of a good carer. The communication with the office is spot on rotas sent prompt, and any days changed or canceled spot on! Always smiling friendly carers as well, I feel at ease because I work full
time and my wife is in good hands with Helping Hands homecare, I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

All of the Helping Hands office staff and visiting carers are very professional they offer support in all aspects of care packages for individual clients based on their own needs.
The care of the carers is outstanding and they are also very helpful, polite and very supportive to all clients.

My mum was in need of care after she had a fall and was taken into hospital. Helping Hands were very quick with setting up a package of care and all of the staff who helped my mum get back to her independence were all so lovely and thoughtful. Thank you once again helping hands Monmouth!
