I can't thank the staff and management enough at Helping Hands, for the care and dedication they have shown towards my mum. I was recently on holiday and unable to support mum with a difficult situation, that involved her being taken advantage of. A team coordinator personally attended my distressed mum and took her to the bank to make them aware. This was done outside of my mums allotted care time and out of genuine care and concern for mum. I would like to thank all the staff involved in this incident and the care shown towards her. Also, for the continued dedication and care provided to mum everyday. As a result of your care my mum is able to remain in her own home. I have peace of mind mum is being cared for.by compassionate and caring staff, who dedicate themselves to support her needs. Thank you!

The management team are supportive, keep in touch and are happy with a weeks notice when we go away. I am very happy to reccommend HH to anyone looking for help to remain independant at home.

All the carers and management have been fantastic and made all our lives a lot easier to live. We are so fortunate to have such a great team to look after Jennifer and are so thankful too. Everyone is so friendly and conscientious.

We have been very happy with our carers and the service that Helping Hands Monmouth provides overall. Our carers are kind, considerate and extremely helpful! Communication with the company is always easy and responsive. My husband has a terminal illness, and the respect he is afforded by our carers is very appreciated. As his wife, I also feel that they are looking out for me, too. Wonderful company, and we have already recommended to friends.

The care provided was excellent, but important for me to have some respite from day to day care for my husband, to go on holiday for a week and know he was safe. He was very happy with the care he got.

A class act of a care providing company, staff that call are trained well and all have all the attributes of a good carer. The communication with the office is spot on rotas sent prompt, and any days changed or canceled spot on! Always smiling friendly carers as well, I feel at ease because I work full time and my wife is in good hands with Helping Hands homecare, I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

The help we've received from Helping Hands has been invaluable! When seeking care for my elderly father, I found what could be a very stressful experience to be smooth and easy. When we needed to make some changes, I found the office staff to be very helpful, polite and understanding of our needs. I'm very pleased that we chose Helping Hands as our care provider.
