Amazing staff who put a smile back on my dad's face and mine. So professional in every way, nothing was too much trouble.

Mum was nervous at first but the carers have put her at ease and she now feels comfortable and looks forward to her visits.

I wish I'd found Meadows Homecare sooner. They are a great team. They are professional and understanding. Mum was, very resistant to any form of support, but the Ladies have shown patience, understanding of her condition, love and support for Mum and now she looks forward to their visit. It's such a help for me knowing she is in safe hands. The staff are always available for a chat or advice if needed, they go above and beyond.

As a family using carer services for the first time we were very apprehensive & nervous about making sure we chose wisely. We did quite a bit of research & have to say we have had no regrets whatsoever. Meadows homecare has proved to be ideal for our Mum, such lovely, helpful, friendly staff who go above & beyond, we would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends & we are so thankful that we made the right decision.

We have at times needed to make some adjustments & we have always been met with a quick, positive response from the team.

I agree with the past reviews in that we have had a number of care agencies look after my mum and not one of them was any where near the professional and more importantly 'caring' than the staff were at Meadows Homecare. They brought a joy and meaning back to my mums life and would recommend these staff to anyone.

The care my mum received with Meadows Homecare was exceptional; they go above and beyond what is required of them. I only wish we had found them earlier. I would wholeheartedly recommend them; they look after clients like their own.

Meadows Homecare help my Dad with cleaning and attending medical appointments when a family member can't take him. They offer a friendly, reliable and professional service. My Dad enjoys their company too, I could not be more impressed or happier with the services provided and highly recommend them.

Nicola and the team at Meadows Homecare provided in home care for mum during the last year of her life, enabling her to stay at home in familiar surroundings. Mum had dementia and was bed-bound at the end, requiring specialist care and treatment. I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided and would recommend Nicola and Meadows Homecare to anyone looking for quality care. They went above and beyond to make mum's final months comfortable and to support our family through this time. Absolute angels.

Fantastic service from Meadows Homecare. The carers are really friendly and professional. Mum was really nervous about having carers but all the staff were so helpful and put her at ease that she looked forward to the visits and they really made a positive difference to her each day. The carers did a great job and are very reliable. We initially used the service for short term cover but hope to use regularly in future. We can't thank them enough for all the support they have provided and definitely recommend.

I cannot emphasise how grateful my wife and I are to Meadows Services. Caring for someone with Alzheimer's is a highly demanding task. We required additional support, and Meadows Home Care provided us with exactly that.

However, I must say that they truly went above and beyond. They demonstrated a profound understanding of my mother's condition and ensured that she was engaged throughout the day through activities such as crafting and singing. Recently changed care Companies to Meadows Homecare for my nan. I cannot recommend enough. The process was easy, the management team made my nan feel at ease through the process. All members I have met have been lovely and I feel comfortable knowing my nan is in safe hands when I can't be there for her.

I am kept up to date with what the days out consist off and cannot be happier knowing my wife is in safe hands.

They go above and beyond and have supported me when I've been unable to collect medication etc for Dad. Communication is excellent and we receive a weekly rota of who is visiting each evening.

My beautiful mum has dementia, it's such a cruel disease and a very worrying time for me and my family. But we honestly couldn't praise meadows home care staff enough they are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond every visit. My mum laughs all the time with them both and mum has a routine now which is so good for. Mum we can't praise and thank meadows he care enough.

The team have been really understanding of my mums needs. They have worked at her pace. The team are caring and very friendly. My mum was very reluctant in the beginning and now she looks forward to her weekly visit/outing. The team are very organised and nothing is too much trouble. I am confident that my mum is receiving the highest standard of care and if she needs more support I feel able to ask for more.
