Three Sisters Care is a leading social enterprise founded in 2011 by three sisters. The organisation is dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals by providing high-quality domiciliary care services that prioritise dignity, choice, and independence within the comfort of clients' homes. Emphasising community engagement, Three Sisters Care offers employment opportunities to local residents, ensuring staff are well-trained to serve their communities effectively. The organisation's core values—kindness, compassion, respect, and honesty—are deeply embedded in its policies and championed by its staff. A founding member, with 30 years of healthcare management experience, established the organisation to address the shortage of carers in the local community, particularly among middle-aged women of Bangladeshi descent facing cultural and language barriers.

Such lovely care especially from the two staff who are the main carers. They take initiative and listen to my mother in law, responding to her choices and needs well. They chat to her as well as following the instructions on the care plan. Thank you.
