Rahena Begum, the Registered Manager and Executive Chair of Three Sisters Care, began her career as a carer in the 1990s. After many years of dedication to the care industry, she co-founded Three Sisters Care with her sisters in 2011, driven by a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the community.

John Wahome is a highly dependable and proactive Assistant Manager who leads our team of Care Coordinators with confidence and care. He is known for his calm and composed approach when handling complex or challenging situations, ensuring that both staff and service users receive the support they need. John plays a key role in managing safeguarding concerns, always responding swiftly and effectively to protect those in our care. Whenever a Care Coordinator is unsure or faces difficulties, John is always ready to step in with guidance, offering practical solutions and reassurance. His leadership fosters a supportive and well-organised working environment.

Fahmida is known for her empathetic nature, gentle kindness, and composed approach to even the busiest days. Her calm presence and ability to truly listen make her a reassuring point of contact for both staff and service users. Fahmida ensures that every care arrangement is handled with sensitivity, compassion, and attention to detail.

With a strong background in mental health and expert communication skills, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her role. She is passionate about supporting service users with complex needs and always approaches her work with professionalism and care. Rachel’s ability to connect with people and advocate effectively makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Kamalpreet brings a wonderful sense of diversity, kindness, and positivity to our coordination team. Her inclusive approach helps foster a welcoming environment for staff and service users alike. She is always ready to support her colleagues and goes the extra mile to make sure each individual receives respectful, person-centred care.

Raf plays a key role in upholding the high standards of care at Three Sisters Care. With a strong background in compliance, training, and assessment, she ensures that all aspects of our service meet regulatory requirements and reflect best practice. Raf carries out regular assessments, audits, and quality checks to make sure care plans are accurate, risk assessments are up to date, and staff are supported to deliver safe, person-centred care. Known for his approachable manner and attention to detail, Raf also mentors staff and provides guidance to help them grow and excel in their roles.
