Gemma, Mark and the whole team go above and beyond everyday for my Nan. During this whole process they have been at the end of the phone whenever we need, supporting not just Nan but us too. They really make a huge difference in my Nan's life and we could not ask for anymore.

The team at CareYourWay Chichester have been so easy to communicate with since setting up home care for my elderly parents. Nothing is too much trouble and they have been fantastic in tailoring their care plans/tasks as needed. Gemma and Mark are clearly passionate about providing the best in person centred care as their ratings more than attest to. Both my Mum and Dad have been delighted since day one, they truly couldn't be without them. They continue to remain as independent as possible in their home with the best in care, I couldn't ask for more than that. Thank you so much to all the wonderful team at CareYourWay Chichester.

The care provided to my auntie has been exceptional. The carers are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, always treating her with dignity and respect. My Nan loves having Gemma and the other carers come into her home to help her. At first, she was nervous and apprehensive about accepting help, but the carers at Care Your Way Chichester have been exceptional. Making my Nan feel safe in her own home has been difficult since she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's. However, we have a piece of mind knowing the team have her best interest at heart, showing compassion.

Gemma, Mark and the team provide kind and considerate care for my Auntie. The team visit my aunt twice a day, ensuring she has a proper meal and a cup of tea (her favourite drink!). They never fail to make her feel special, not rushing the visit. They definitely promote independence, and as a result made her feel more confident to help the carer with the task rather than them doing it for her. You hear horror storied about care, but CareYourWay have changed my view totally, that there are people who are in the industry that really care about what they do - first class service from a very caring business in my view. - Thank you to the manager and another lady for all you do, bless you both.

I feel so lucky we found CareYourWay Chichester, to look after Mum, she needs someone 4 times a day including sorting lunch, dinner and putting to bed. The carers have been very patient and attentive, Mum looks forward to seeing them as friends not just carers. They have been on time every time and have had great communication with the rest of the family.

The care service received from Care Your Way has been exemplary. My elderly father lives alone since becoming a widower, he has managed really well, is independent and strong willed in his mind. Due to age his mobility declined and he was struggling more with daily tasks and following several falls we knew we needed help. He was resistant to this in every way and delayed care in the home which would end up making his life so much easier and relieve our constant worry. It was a hand of fate that we we met Care Your Way in the local community who genuinely really care about those that live there. They were quick to build trust with Dad and provide dignified and supportive care that he needs, to be on call and lift the worries we had about whether he falls or needs anything. We highly value how they work with the family and recognise how we can all work together to ensure he feels safe and cared and stay in his home. The manager and her team have taken on my dad since May, the difference in his quality of life has vastly improved. They understand exactly how he likes things. Nothing is a problem or a difficulty. They have taken over so much that I was having to do for him, even the little things such as cutting his hair. I live 90 miles away from my dad and the worry this was causing because of his difficulty in getting around his home due to his mobility reducing and the increasing chance of him falling, to getting his meals and making sure he was drinking enough was increasing. Care Your Way Chichester have taken away the worry and stress from me. They make you feel you are part of their family. I am able to talk to the manager about any worry's or concerns as well as being able to ask for advice with social services and power of health and attorney forms. Since the manager, her team and Care Your Way has come into our life's: I just cant believe the difference they are making. I can highly recommend them.

The service and personal touch and details re assure me that they are the correct people to look after my Aunt, they go in a few time a day and make sure her every need is met. They also take the time to chat and care for my Aunt. I would trust any other care company to do what they do as I don't think it could be done as good. *AMAZING*

I was helping to look after a friend, but when it became obvious that she needed more help than I could provide, the manager replied to my message that evening and was in the next morning for breakfast, it was a huge help, I don't have to worry so much about her now she is visiting 3 times a day. My friend absolutely loves her and calls her by her nickname. She loves her cooking and her company, she keeps me updated and has been such a huge support
