With a strong background in health and social care management and a passion for helping people live independently, Sam leads the organisation with integrity, empathy, and attention to detail.

He plays an active role in day-to-day operations — from client onboarding and care planning to quality monitoring and compliance — ensuring every service delivered meets both CQC standards and the company’s core values of trust, dignity, and reliability.

Under Sam’s leadership, Bansal’s Care has grown into a trusted local provider across Essex and surrounding areas, known for flexible support, transparent communication, and a genuine family-like approach to care.

When he’s not overseeing operations, Sam enjoys studying astrology and personal development, which inspire his calm, compassionate leadership style.

Victoria is the Manager at Bansal’s Care Ltd and plays a key role in leading the day-to-day care operations. With a background in adult social care and community support, she brings a wealth of experience in managing care teams, developing person-centred care plans, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Victoria is passionate about empowering carers through training, clear communication, and a supportive culture — ensuring every member of the team feels valued and confident in their role. She works closely with clients and families to make sure care remains flexible, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
