Sarah is a warm and friendly Manager who embodies these qualities in everything she does. She is deeply passionate about the quality of care our clients receive and continually strives to enhance it. By actively listening to both our Care Assistants and clients, Sarah ensures that the care we provide aligns with our core values of compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

Proactive and hands-on, Sarah remains involved in every step of our clients’ care. She maintains regular contact with everyone involved to ensure seamless, high-quality support. She also loves visiting clients and delivering care alongside our Care Assistants, fostering strong, familiar connections with our team, clients, and their families.

Sarah has extensive experience in the care sector, from working on NHS wards during the COVID-19 pandemic to supporting individuals with a variety of mental health needs. While managing a residential care home, she discovered her passion for helping people remain in their own homes, receiving the support they need to feel happy, content, and comfortable.

Callum is the Director of Caremark Warrington. He is known for his knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in business. Callum puts his clients’ interest first and implements this throughout the business.

Callum was a Former Professional Footballer and likes to spend most of his free time keeping fit.
