I have had experience of the carers for some time now. This started with daly care visits and companionship and progressed to end of life care. Throughout they have been professional, caring, compassionate and patient. Willing to assist with a wide variety of tasks to make their client happier.
It was a privilege to support your loved one during their time with us. Our carers formed a very special bond with him and were grateful that they could be there to ensure his comfort and dignity right until the end.
I honestly cannot find the right words to thank Walfinch Shepperton Hampton, Twicken &Virginia Water enough for everything they have done for my dear friend. A year ago, I was looking for carers for my lovely friend, who has dementia. I met the wonderful ladies Michelle and Angela from Walfinch at the Shepperton Fair exhibition, and from the moment I spoke to them, I felt an immediate connection. My friend's family contacted them, and Walfinch carers have been caring for her since. I wanted people around her who would genuinely care for her, understand her, and make her feel loved and valued. Walfinch has gone above and beyond. They have cared for her with such love, kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. They don't just look after her needs; they truly care about her happiness and wellbeing. The difference they have made to her life has been incredible. They have brought joy, comfort, and companionship. Thank you to everyone, you have made a real difference in my friend's life
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind, heartfelt review, Elisa. It means so much to us. We are truly grateful for the trust you and the family have placed in us after meeting Michelle and Angela at the Shepperton Fair. They, along with the whole team, feel incredibly...

Judith's introduction to the care sector came during the COVID pandemic when she worked as a carer for Home Instead. Providing companionship and support to isolated elderly clients, often their only regular visitor, this showed her just how meaningful person-centred care can be.
As a Director of Walfinch Hampton, Twickenham & Virginia Water, Judith brings these experiences together to help strengthen the team of carers, foster lasting connections with clients and families, and support the sustainable growth of the service – all focused on delivering compassionate, reliable domiciliary care that enables people to remain independent at home with dignity.
Outside of work, Judith enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
From as far back as I can remember, I’ve always felt most at home around my elders. As a child, while many others were out playing, I’d choose to spend my school holidays with my nan. I loved listening to her stories, every detail, every memory, every glimpse into days gone by fascinated me. That love and respect for the older generation has been a guiding force throughout my life and has led me to where I am today.
After spending years in a corporate environment, mentoring, leading, and helping my team grow into some of the best years of their careers. I found myself being drawn towards something more personal and more meaningful. When the opportunity came to become one of the partners of Walfinch HTV, I knew it was the right path. It was a leap from corporate to care, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I now get to do what I truly love: care for people, make a difference, and be part of something that genuinely matters.
I’m lucky to share this journey with my fellow directors, who are also close friends and share the same passion for improving people’s lives. Together, we’re not just running a business, we’re building a community of care, empathy, and respect.
Outside of work, I’m someone who loves to tinker with my hands. I have what I like to call “green fingers,” and I say that with a smile. I find real peace in nature, whether that’s in the garden, by the sea, or surrounded by animals. I’m very much an outdoor person, from motor bikes to boats, I do them all, and I’m grateful for the child in me. The one who loved stories and quiet moments is still very much alive.
I truly love what I do. I love seeing the smile on our clients’ faces, and I make it a point to wear my own smile every day, no matter what. Caring isn’t just my job, it’s who I am.
