Agape has provided excellent care for my Dad since he came out of respite care. The staff are all really friendly and professional. They are always on time and reliable. On a couple of occasions we have called them to come and help at very short notice and they have been able to oblige. I would recommend
them.

Our experience using Agape Homecare Services over the past few months has been very positive. The staff are punctual, friendly, helpful, efficient, respectful and ensure my husband is completely comfortable before leaving. Also, I have needed to call them out a few times in an emergency situation, and
one or two of their staff have been here very quickly.

As Kyle's father, I'm very careful about who supports him. Kyle is a young adult with Autism and Learning Disability and lives in his own home with carer support. AGAPE Homecare Services is one of our key sources of carers for Kyle, and they have been consistently kind, respectful and professional.
Their carers are calm and patient, take time to understand Kyle's routines, and support him in a way that protects his dignity and helps him feel safe. Communication has been clear, and they follow the support plan while using good day-to-day judgement. I'm grateful for their contribution to Kyle's wellbeing and independence, and I would confidently recommend AGAPE to other families.

They were very efficient when they did their assessment process. They gave us a good deal of confidence for a first use of their services. Their caring was very friendly and thoughtful. We felt this was an excellent service.
