AGAPE, Peterborough provided my very elderly mother with a wonderfully caring and professional service. The team's care and attention to detail from the outset inspired our confidence and trust. In addition, AGAPE gave us very helpful and thorough feedback throughout their time with us. Costs were lower or on a par with most other local providers that we approached.

My elderly mother was discharged from the hospital with home care visits, but no night care visits. These became essential as she became ill and needed care at night. Agape Homecare was approached and quickly came to the rescue. A home visit was quickly organised; a care plan was agreed, and staff allocated an excellent team provided professional, kind and respectful nursing care for two nights, much to the relief of family. We would have no hesitation in engaging their services in future. Thank you.

Agape has provided excellent care for my Dad since he came out of respite care. The staff are all really friendly and professional. They are always on time and reliable. On a couple of occasions we have called them to come and help at very short notice and they have been able to oblige. I would recommend them.

The staff are punctual, friendly, helpful, efficient, respectful and ensure my husband is completely comfortable before leaving. Also, I have needed to call them out a few times in an emergency situation, and one or two of their staff have been here very quickly.

As Kyle's father, I'm very careful about who supports him. Kyle is a young adult with Autism and Learning Disability and lives in his own home with carer support. AGAPE Homecare Services is one of our key sources of carers for Kyle, and they have been consistently kind, respectful and professional. Their carers are calm and patient, take time to understand Kyle's routines, and support him in a way that protects his dignity and helps him feel safe. Communication has been clear, and they follow the support plan while using good day-to-day judgement. I'm grateful for their contribution to Kyle's wellbeing and independence, and I would confidently recommend AGAPE to other families.

They were very efficient when they did their assessment process. They gave us a good deal of confidence for a first use of their services. Their caring was very friendly and thoughtful. We felt this was an excellent service.
