As Kyle's father, I'm very careful about who supports him. Kyle is a young adult with Autism and Learning Disability and lives in his own home with carer support. AGAPE Homecare Services is one of our key sources of carers for Kyle, and they have been consistently kind, respectful and professional. Their carers are calm and patient, take time to understand Kyle's routines, and support him in a way that protects his dignity and helps him feel safe. Communication has been clear, and they follow the support plan while using good day-to-day judgement. I'm grateful for their contribution to Kyle's wellbeing and independence, and I would confidently recommend AGAPE to other families.

They were very efficient when they did their assessment process. They gave us a good deal of confidence for a first use of their services. Their caring was very friendly and thoughtful. We felt this was an excellent service.
