About the manager, my name is Julianah Olawaye. I have been a nurse for over 15 years as an adult general nurse, where I have worked in various areas, such as medical and surgical conditions within the NHS and also in private hospitals in the 15 years.


I am a mother of 3 grown adults. I love caring for others, which shows why I chose my career in nursing. I love travelling, reading and doing challenging tasks.


Currently, I am working with the NHS in the community beds on a part-time basis and managing Flourish Healthcare agency full-time, where we help, care and nurse vulnerable adults in their own home, to enable them to be independent and enjoy the comfort of their own homes.
