With nearly 20 years’ experience in the care sector, including 14 years as a Registered Care Manager, I bring strong expertise in safeguarding, compliance, and quality care delivery. As a people-focused professional, I am committed to building strong, trusting relationships with our clients, their families, and our care teams.
I lead with a clear focus on delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality care, ensuring full compliance with best practice standards.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially over Sunday roasts and summer BBQs, and travelling to recharge.
I am the Business Development Manager at Walfinch Home Care and proud core member of the Bromley Dementia Friendly Community (BDFC). I have been trained by the Alzheimer's Society as an Ambassador, equipping me to deliver Dementia Friends information sessions across the local community, helping people better understand dementia and the everyday challenges faced by those living with it.
With nearly 10 years of experience in the care sector, I’ve built strong community relationships and continuously advocate for high-quality care for older people across the borough. I’m passionate about raising awareness, improving access to support, and ensuring everyone receives the care and dignity they deserve. For me, it’s about making a meaningful difference, championing independence, inclusion, and compassionate care for every individual.
With 13 years of experience in the care sector, I began my career as a Care Assistant and progressed to Field Care Supervisor. I am passionate about supporting people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. I take pride in making a difference in the small everyday moments, whether that’s bringing a smile to someone’s face or sharing a laugh. As the eldest of five children, caring has always come naturally to me.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.
I’m a friendly, down-to-earth individual who loves making people feel comfortable, supported, and at ease. Whether it’s sharing a chat, preparing a meal, or simply being there when you need a hand, I’m here to help. I believe care should feel personal, like time spent with a trusted friend, not just a service.
I have a soft spot for sweet treats and always enjoy a good conversation. If you’re looking for reliable support with a warm smile, I’d love to be part of your journey.
As Managing Director of Walfinch Bromley and Sevenoaks, I’m proud to lead a team that prioritises empathy and respect in every interaction. Our mission is simple: to enrich lives by empowering people to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
With a background in the corporate world, I bring a focus on professionalism and integrity, while ensuring the personalised care we deliver feels like family. I strive to provide the same high standard of care I’d want for my loved ones.
