Overall Experience
I was first introduced to Walfinch in November 2025, by my Social Services Community Navigator.
I could tell from the outset this care provider did just that; they care for the wellbeing of the client and their family and from our experience, I have nothing but praise for this company.

Most especially is the continuity we receive, which is particularly important for my husband's complex care needs. I have every confidence in leaving my husband in the kind care of the carers.

With 13 years of experience in the care sector, I began my career as a Care Assistant and progressed to Field Care Supervisor. I’m a friendly, down-to-earth individual who loves making people feel comfortable, supported, and at ease. Whether it’s sharing a chat, preparing a meal, or simply being there when you need a hand, I’m here to help. I believe care should feel personal, like time spent with a trusted friend, not just a service.

I have a soft spot for sweet treats and always enjoy a good conversation. If you’re looking for reliable support with a warm smile, I’d love to be part of your journey.
