I cannot praise the carers highly enough. They have done an excellent job and enabled us to cope a very difficult period in our lives.

I was referred to Oceana by Social Services when requiring a carer urgently to take care of my mum when my dad was admitted to hospital unexpectedly. Oceana organised the care quickly and efficiently to meet my timescale, while also taking the time to get all the information they needed about my mum's care requirements, routine, and personal likes and dislikes. The assessment process was very thorough. The introduction of the carer was done gently and respectfully, and after spending a day with mum and the professional and patient carer, I was confident that Mum would be well looked after. The manager of Oceana has kept me informed at every stage, and he and his staff have provided emotional support for me during this very difficult time. They have also made sure to keep my dad involved and reassured that mum is being well cared for while he is in hospital. I have been very impressed by their service.
