His leadership experience spans managing client groups with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, and he is skilled in implementing the Positive Behaviour Model to support client well-being.

Before joining RCB, Monika was a Registered Manager at our Canterbury site, Old Farmhouse. She was recognised for her compliance skills and subsequently promoted to an Operations Manager role.

Our Compliance Manager, Ivana, brings a decade of valuable experience to the Health and Social Care sector. In addition, Ivana serves as a trainer specialising in safe medication management, further enhancing her expertise.
Ivana currently oversees a dedicated section of our homes and plays a vital role in supporting the Home Managers with their day-to-day activities.
Before joining the RCB team, Ivana embarked on her educational journey at Canterbury Christ Church University. Her studies laid the foundation for her deep-seated passion for caring for elderly individuals.
During her leisure moments, Ivana finds solace in spending quality time with her family. She's an avid reader, particularly drawn to non-fiction books, and she enjoys immersing herself in the world of music.
