The name of this care company describes it all ! " Brighter and Quality !" I received a very personalised and caring service with my carers providing a very professional service with a smile and the feeling that nothing was too much trouble .One thing that I particularly appreciated was their willingness to spend time with me which other carers of which I had previous experience did not provide nearly as much .Additionally one of my carers nursing experience led to her drawing my attention to a leg problem which I had been ignoring rather foolishly for which I did seek medical advice to resolve! My personal preferences were considered when appropriate and I was even presented with my favourite croissant one morning for my breakfast !
I wholeheartedly recommend this care company and not only for the above reasons but for value for money too!

Absolutely brilliant team and service! Both Kaye and Michael have built up an excellent rapport with dad. He feels comfortable and completely at ease with their company! Not something I thought we could achieve, these guys have done it! He even looks forward to their visits. They have helped also...
Absolutely brilliant team and service! Both Kaye and Michael have built up an excellent rapport with dad. He feels comfortable and completely at ease with their company! Not something I thought we could achieve, these guys have done it! He even looks forward to their visits. They have helped also give us as a family peace of mind knowing they are going into him when we are not able. They are very professional, reliable and all round an excellent service! I recommend their services to all who need.

This team are absolutely fabulous. They go above and beyond the necessary. They are caring and efficient. They even offer to help do household chores, shopping and bits and pieces of odd jobs around the house.
