The continuity of care has been excellent and I am always informed if there is to be change of carer. They have accommodated our extra calls when we have needed them. If my Dad needs anything they are on it at a moments notice.
The co-ordinators are easy to talk to and open about any concerns or requests you might have, and the carers are respectful, polite and hardworking.
