I have been very pleased with the service provided by Good Oaks for my mum. The carers are so friendly, polite and reliable. They are flexible too and are alert to her needs. I have peace of mind when going away on holiday as I know she will be well cared for. They provide real companionship as well as care and she looks forward to their visits.

Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing, carers can't do enough for you, are respectful and considerate at all times but also make receiving care almost feel like a friend is helping you. I was incredibly anxious about receiving help at a younger age but they have been wonderful.

The service has been incredible. The staff are friendly, highly flexible and reliable and come at the times agreed. We are very pleased with the service. Keep it up team! And thank you for doing an amazing job of looking after my parents.

Excellent care provided for my mum, she looked forward to her daily visits. From simply having company to having basic task being done for her, washing, washing up , meal prep. Nothing was too much trouble.

Having reliable support in place has reduced a huge amount of stress for me, and overall I would happily recommend this provider to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality home care.

First, I trusted my carers. Their focus on my safety and well-being was obvious. They listened to me and responded to any need or concern, big or small. I relied on their years of experience and training. They encouraged me to make progress. Thanks to their support, I now live independently.

My experience of GoodOaks South Warwickshire has been excellent in every respect I could not thank of any change I would make my carer is of the highest caliber and also manages to be fun, every experience is a joy.

I have given excellent ratings for the following reasons: Firstly the carers are very reliable. They arrive promptly every day so I know what to expect. I know who will be coming. My carers are nice, friendly people. I value our conversations. They take time to talk and we have built up a good relationship. On one day when it was necessary, they arranged further medicine support for me very efficiently, which was reassuring and helpful. I am very pleased with the work and am happy to recommend their services.

Annette and team were amazing when my Dad was poorly. Empathetic and professional at all tones. Dad is much better, but mum and dad are continuing with care as it gives them the security and help that they still need

My father is incredibly grateful to have such wonderful carers that take him out for companionship. He looks forward to his weekly trips out to the cafe. They are consistently kind, hardworking, and take the time to get to know my father and make him feel special.

They are amazing and it means so much to my whole family that mum can stay in her home whilst being supported by such amazing people .
