We started using ABC for support for dad approximately 4 months ago. I find ABC absolutely wonderful and it gives me great peace of mind to know they are calling in to look after him in the mornings. I know I don't need to worry about him on the days they visit. Nothing is too much trouble and I would
say the care my dad gets is second to none. I would highly recommend them. They not only help him to dress, wash and shower but sort out his breakfast (and lunch if he needed), they make sure he takes his tablets each day, sort his hearing aids, his falls alarm etc etc. That aside dad really looks forward to their visit as they are such a friendly, sociable team who really seem to care about dad. I am so happy to have found them

I have had special care by the 2 main carers. They can not do enough for me and make sure I am happy and do not need anything as far as possible they can. They come on the allocated time each visit.

Super, amazing. The whole team from management to hands on care staff were hugely supportive and helped make decisions and plans. They were able to arrange home care very swiftly to enable a hospital discharge and were then very flexible re providing overnight care and or day visits. Care staff were
competent at using equipment to help with mobility. Personal care was attended, medication reminders and light meals prepared all in a professional manner. All carers we had contact with were good but we were fortunate to have one main carer who provided the continuity that is so important. He, Mark, went over and above not just with hands on care but being a great support with the added benefit of being flexible in a swiftly changing situation. He fortunately alongside being compassionate he had a sense of humour. Thankyou to the team and also a special mention to Lisa and Gale for getting the plans right.

I have to say from point of contact with ABC care they have been nothing but outstanding.
Friendly, compassionate, helpful in every way, shape and form.
My mother is very happy with her carer and enjoys her carers company and looks forward to seeing her and the help she has is enabling her to stay
in her own home independently.
Nothing is too much trouble for ABC and only a phone call away.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I totally have peace of mind knowing that she is being cared for them. I would rate them 10/10
