Office staff are always on hand and quick to respond when extra help is needed, or in an emergency. They have advised me along the way regarding measures for keeping Mum safe, including the use of a pendant alarm.
The carers have taken the time to get to know Mum and her daily routine, and update the help that is needed as they go. They listen when she's feeling low and help with anything around the house that Mum struggles with. They are punctual and attentive, and add a sense of humour to the mix, when appropriate.
I'm always kept updated with any concerns or queries that the carers have on their visits, which gives me peace of mind.
Both Mum and I get on well with the carers. It's all about teamwork, and there's nothing that needs to be changed. Mum is being very well looked after, and I'm happy to continue with this lovely team.
