My Mum has been receiving care from the team for a year. Office staff are always on hand and quick to respond when extra help is needed, or in an emergency. They have advised me along the way regarding measures for keeping Mum safe, including the use of a pendant alarm. The carers have taken the
time to get to know Mum and her daily routine, and update the help that is needed as they go. They listen when she's feeling low and help with anything around the house that Mum struggles with. They are punctual and attentive, and add a sense of humour to the mix, when appropriate. I'm always kept updated with any concerns or queries that the carers have on their visits, which gives me peace of mind. Both Mum and I get on well with the carers. It's all about teamwork, and there's nothing that needs to be changed. Mum is being very well looked after, and I'm happy to continue with this lovely team.

Excellent service they are always there to help and listen to yours needs and do there upmost to for fill your request.The staff are attentive and focused on what needs to be done and really friendly.

I find Karen and jade very helpful if we have a problem They go above and beyond to help if we need a carer to come in at short notice they will shuffle the rota around I don't have any issues We as a family have been with Karen and jade for nearly 4 years Great job They do
