Our home care fees range from £27.50 to £33.75 per hour, depending on the level of support required, visit times and individual care needs. Live-in care packages start from £1,400 per week. I cannot speak highly of this company and their staff. We were in a difficult position as the times we needed carers kept changing but they were wonderful about. I found the staff wonderful and caring. They knew how to treat my partner, they never embarrassed or belittled him. They were what he...
I cannot speak highly of this company and their staff. We were in a difficult position as the times we needed carers kept changing but they were wonderful about. I found the staff wonderful and caring. They knew how to treat my partner, they never embarrassed or belittled him. They were what he looked forward to, a bit of male company and in his final days they really went the extra mile to help me clean him and make him feel comfortable. The reception staff were bright and professional, nothing seemed to phase them.
I shall always be grateful to this company.

The care provider exceeded our expectations in many ways. The standard of care was excellent. All of their team were fully trained and had an informed knowledge of dementia. The care provider exceeded our expectations in many ways. The standard of care was excellent. All of their team were fully trained and had an informed knowledge of dementia. The individuals amazed us with their commitment to be calm, gentle, humorous, and loving when dealing with my Dad, who was in the latter stages of dementia and could be difficult, if not obstructive. They sang to him to distract him; called him 'Young Man' or 'Dad'. They comforted my Mum and fed back that they had prayed for him.
Dad died peacefully. Members of the team arrived with flowers and card the following day, and the company has proactively volunteered to attend Dad's Celebration of Life.
All above and beyond our expectations. On Dad's return home, was far superior to the care company we used prior to Dad's hospitalisation and, in fact, 1/3 less expensive

We are incredibly proud of our carers and the compassion, patience and dignity they showed throughout his care. Knowing that we were able to bring him comfort, make him smile and help him remain peacefully at home means a great deal to us.
Our sincere condolences remain with you and your family. Thank you for trusting us with your Dad's care and for your very kind words, they will mean so much to everyone who had the pleasure of caring for him.
