Overall Experience
Lomond Home Care initially covered emergency care with my weekend morning service early September.
It was a lovely lady called Hilda who came to
assist me. Very professional, polite lady who put me at ease straight away. Very quickly had complete trust in her ability to look after me.
Since September Hilda has delivered exceptional care and I was delighted to hear that Lomond Home Care will be continuing to support my weekend care needs.
Hilda provides my personal care,, catheter care,medication, breakfast, also leave lunch if need be,transfers and some household support.
