Daisy and her carers are amazing. I was sceptical when I had to move from one care agency to another two months after moving to Cardiff from London due to the local authority being unwilling to fund the care agency I was using when I first got here, but now I wouldn't change to use anybody else as Daisy and her team are simply the best. As a young professional in my 20s who requires carers it is almost impossible to find people that can meet my needs and provide me with some semblance of a life that looks comparable to my peers. But Daisy's service is so different carers are excellently trained, flexible, turn up on time and have never let me down or made me late for work. They go above and beyond any other service, to allow me to live life to the full. For the first time since I left home I no longer resent having carers in fact it is a joy to have them around.

I can't thank Daisy and her staff enough for the care and support they are providing my parents, nothing is too much trouble and they both feel so comfortable with the support they are receiving. All full assessment was carried out to identify their care needs with a detailed care plan put in place. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This company was recommended to us for the care of my mother. I cannot emphasise enough the excellent service they offered and dedication. My mother whilst elderly and suffering with dementia, needs were identified and the service customised to her exact needs. Any concerns or worries were put at ease with the communication and quality of service they provided. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for care at home for a loved one.

From the beginning, Daisy and her staff have treated Mum as an individual rather than simply another client and have shown remarkable dedication, patience, and compassion while working through what has been a very complex and challenging situation. What has impressed me most is the willingness to keep looking for solutions and never give up, even when progress was difficult. They have shown genuine care and taken the time to understand my mum's needs, personality, and concerns and worked tirelessly to build trust and provide the best possible support. The commitment, kindness, and genuine care have made an enormous difference. Not only has Daisy provided care for my mum, but she has also offered invaluable support to me as a family carer during an incredibly demanding time. Her patience, understanding, and professionalism have been a source of reassurance when I needed it most.

Mum has Alzheimer's so needs live-in care. The care and support provided by Daisy and her team is exceptional. Every detail of Mum's needs is considered. She is treated with compassion, patience and dignity. The care we have received is outstanding. Daisy and her team are so efficient and professional but also very caring. They always go the extra mile to meet Mum's needs. Communication with Daisy is very easy and she is always prompt in her response. I am confident Mum is getting the best possible care and highly recommend this company.

I cannot emphasise enough how fortunate I am to receive knowledgable, exceptional daily care and attention which is always given with dedication and professionalism, accompanied with friendliness, honesty and humour. I am also impressed with the commitment of care readily being available, when required, to go the extra mile, and assurance of this and reliability has significantly impacted on my day to day life.

Brilliant service with daisy, she looks after my dad and goes above and beyond for him . My dad absolutely loves her coming around just for that little bit of company as well for him. She really is the best .
