GoodOaks Homecare - Northwood and Ruislip

I would say without any hesitation that the Girls Nitika and Pooja are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and they are very accommodating regards timings and/or last minute adjustments which is a real help and gives confidence that your loved ones are being cared for and catered for in this instance my Mum. It's great to know you can trust and have piece of mind regards your loved ones when something as simple as Trust is quite often overlooked it's certainly not the case with the Ladies in question from simple enough requests to more in depth details always very kind helpful and just pleasant and I know my Mum feels secure and happy with their relationship which is a real weight off your mind, to be able to trust people knowing they are doing as you would but your not there is a real help and gives you the piece of mind which I think most of us are trying to achieve.

We have had an excellent experience with Good Oaks. The admin staff are helpful and professional, and happy to accommodate us with changes and extra visits. The carers who do the visits are punctual, efficient and best of all are always kind and caring with our Mum.

We have used GoodOaks Homecare (Northwood) since January 2026 to look after my 86 year old uncle. Fiercly independent and dead set against moving to a care home setting Pooja, Nittika and the care team at GoodOaks were able to put together a home care plan that enabled my uncle to remain in the familiar surroundings of his own home where he has lived for the past 30 years.

Over the past nine months my uncle has become stronger and more confident around the house to the point where he is able to walk (unsupervised) to the local shops and back when he wants to meet friends or just pass the time drinking a coffee. GoodOaks have restored this mans dignity and independence, I cannot thank you enough for what you do.

I have just started using Goodoaks and I have been extremely impressed by all managers and carers they are all lovely they do everything possible to help and put my mum at ease and pay attention to her needs. They speak to her and ensure she is handled with empathy, kindness, understanding and complete professionalism. I have a really good gut feeling that my mum is is good hands and I am not worrying whilst going to work which when you have done in past experiences you appreciate tremendously. The managers and carers are honest and communicate and resolve problems effectively, I understand why they come so highly recommended.

Communication between parties is excellent and we have had multiple changes to the care plan which have all gone smoothly.

GoodOaks visiting care has been a godsend for my sister, coming to terms with memory loss at quite a young age. The management team is responsive, understanding, and versatile around evolving care needs, with a shared goal towards rehabilitation. They really do go above and beyond, to support not only the client, but the wider family as well, with excellent two-way communication. The visiting care professionals are compassionate, supportive, and understanding, and provide much-needed laughter, connection, and encouragement during their visits, and play a key part in the journey towards a hoped-for recovery. Carers come on time and leave on time and if I do not need them they are cancelled without any fuss

Good Oaks stepped in immediately and have always gone above & beyond for my friend. They are warm, caring and thoughtful. They are super reliable, easy and responsive to get hold of. I felt very comfortable entrusting the care of my friend to them and they have not lot me down.
