Nitika is the proud Director of the Northwood Branch, bringing strong leadership and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding home care. With a long-standing interest in community wellbeing and a deep belief that everyone deserves to live safely and confidently at home, Nitika established the service with a clear vision: to raise the standard of care within the local area.
Her inspiration came from working closely with individuals in the community who wanted more than just practical support—they wanted warmth, respect, and reliable carers who truly understood their needs. Seeing how the right kind of home care could transform someone’s day-to-day life motivated Nitika to create a service built on compassion, professionalism, and trust.

Under Nitika’s direction, the Northwood Branch focuses on personalised, high-quality care that empowers clients to maintain independence, stay connected with their community, and enjoy life in the place they know best—their home.
With nine years of experience in healthcare and five years as a Registered Manager, Pooja has dedicated her career to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Her professional journey includes working in care homes, care at home, providing outreach support for the homeless, and assisting individuals with mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities and complex needs. These varied experiences have strengthened her commitment to delivering personalised, compassionate care that truly meets each person’s unique needs.
Pooja has successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, building a strong foundation of practical skills and knowledge across the sector. She is currently working towards her Level 5 Management qualification in Health and Social Care, reflecting her dedication to continued learning, leadership development, and high-quality service provision.
