With nine years of experience in healthcare and five years as a Registered Manager, Pooja has dedicated her career to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Her professional journey includes working in care homes, care at home, providing outreach support for the homeless, and assisting individuals with mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities and complex needs. These varied experiences have strengthened her commitment to delivering personalised, compassionate care that truly meets each person’s unique needs.
Pooja has successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, building a strong foundation of practical skills and knowledge across the sector. She is currently working towards her Level 5 Management qualification in Health and Social Care, reflecting her dedication to continued learning, leadership development, and high-quality service provision.
