When they started providing care for my mother in law, the carers we very patient with her, my father in law and me. I tried my best to support them and advise them of how to handle situation as my mother in law has advanced dementia and can be quite difficult. They took it all in their stride and listened to our advice and worries.
My mother in law has particularly taken with her morning carer and she is even now allowing her to wash her, which was a huge step. We cannot thank them enough.

Meet the Team (3)
I have worked for Omnia Support for over 10 years. I am proud of the support that we are able to provide to our customers and how we are able to make a difference to them each day.
It is a priority to me to ensure that all of our customers and carers are safe and well.
I have worked for the company since 2025, but have worked in care since 2024. I have used the skills that I learnt as a Carer to progress to a Senior carer.
My role is supporting customers within the community and ensuring that they receive outstanding care from the team that supports them. I also support the carers in the community.
What I love about working in care is being able to support people and take care of their needs in a positive manner. Ensuring the customer is safe is a priority to me, and I will always go above and beyond to make that happen.
I have worked for Omnia support for 3 years and support with all areas of compliance for the company. This includes supporting with Recruitment through to meeting with the customers and carers.
I have completed my level 5 in leadership and management, and I look forward to being able to use this to progress within the company.
