Overall Experience
It took us a long time to get my father in law to agree to have support for my mother in law. We searched many providers in the area but Omnia support was the most patient and friendly out of who we met with.
When they started providing care for my mother in law, the carers we very patient with her, my father in law and me. I tried my best to support them and advise them of how to handle situation as my mother in law has advanced dementia and can be quite difficult. They took it all in their stride and listened to our advice and worries.

My mother in law has particularly taken with her morning carer and she is even now allowing her to wash her, which was a huge step. We cannot thank them enough.

Fabulous carers, Daniella, Gee, Debbie, and Denise, have all been absolutely fabulous. Really attentive, caring and gentle. Couldn't be more pleased. Its a real breath of feesh air and its lovely have people that genuinely care. Thank you

Overall Experience
We have experienced the most amazing kindness and empathy from all of the people who have helped look after our father for his end of life care. They went above and beyond. They treated him with both kindness and dignity and we will be forever grateful for that.

The people who have cared for Dad have been professional and kind. All the carers have arrived punctually and we have been very lucky to have the same carers coming. They have made this difficult journey in our lives more bearable. Thank you.

The service my mom receives from the provider is excellent, the carers who come to my mom are absolutely wonderful and cannot fault them for anything.

Communication from carers and the people who work at the office are extremely helpful with any concerns we may have and provide support with the upmost care.

Overall Experience

Having had this care company give me my daily care through the last month I have been overwhelmed by their professional and sympathetic attitude. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed and cheer me up when I'm having a bad day. They are all honest with me and am able to ask anything of them, nothing is ever too much trouble. The care they give is exemplary and couldn't wish for more.

Staff was really good. They dealt with Dad's care really well. We could not ask for more. If we needed any support the management team would be there for use. We will always recommend them to anyone who needs care. They are really a good care company and they do their jobs very well.

Overall Experience

I have found the carers to be very friendly, approachable and professional. They have a really great rapport with Mom. They assist Mom with personal care, dressing and undressing, washing, particular attention to detail where the catheter enters her body, also attention washing around the area of the Nephrostomy dressings on her back, applying body creams to her legs and any body sores that arise and full catheter support with leg bag changes, emptying and attaching night bags and monitoring urine colour. Very helpful with additional medical advice particularly when I was panicking about a catheter that came unattached and how to deal with the situation if it were to arise again. The carers genuinely take an interest in my Mom and her general well-being, if she has eaten and drank fluids well, always asking how she is and what she is up to that day. Very supportive around being flexible and working with us particularly when Mom has hospital and GP appointments.
