A qualified accountant by profession, Kunal has built a successful career in finance and business. However, he wanted to take on a role that offered something more meaningful and allowed him to use his experience to make a positive difference in people’s lives. This led him to Walfinch, where he found an opportunity to combine his business expertise with his passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.

As Managing Director, Kunal is committed to growing the branches while ensuring that clients receive safe, professional and genuinely person-centred care. He takes pride in supporting his team and creating a culture where both clients and carers feel valued, respected and cared for.

Outside of work, Kunal enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife, Babita

Babita Parkash brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and a wealth of clinical knowledge to her role as Co-owner and Registered Manager of Walfinch Richmond, Putney and Wandsworth.

As a qualified nurse, Babita has dedicated her career to caring for and supporting people. Alongside her nursing career, she is also an accomplished business owner and has successfully run her own aesthetics nursing business since 2012. This combination of healthcare expertise and business experience gives her a strong understanding of both the practical and personal aspects of delivering high-quality care.

At Walfinch Richmond, Putney and Wandsworth, Babita is passionate about ensuring every client receives safe, compassionate and genuinely person-centred care. She works closely with her team, providing guidance and support while maintaining high standards of care, compliance and professionalism.

Above all, Babita believes that care should be built around the individual. Her warm and caring approach helps clients feel respected, confident and supported, while encouraging them to remain as independent as possible and thrive in the comfort of their own home.

As Business Development Manager at Walfinch Home Care Richmond, Clare is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people and their families across the local community.

A proud core member of the Dementia Friendly Community group, Clare is also trained by the Alzheimer’s Society as a Dementia Friends Ambassador. This enables Clare to deliver Dementia Friends information sessions within the community, helping people develop a better understanding of dementia and the everyday experiences of those living with the condition.

Through this work, Clare is committed to raising awareness, improving access to support and helping ensure that every individual receives the dignity, respect and care they deserve.
