I am currently the Registered Manager for the Northamptonshire branch, also overseeing our Hampshire branch.
I have been with Aroma care for 3 years now, and together we have met some wonderful people, including staff, service users in the community and also other professionals. I am fully qualified in leadership and management to Level 5.
My main objective within my role is to ensure high-quality care and that our service users’ needs are being met to the highest standard, alongside ensuring my care workers' welfare is paramount.
