4 visits per day, every visit they come in with a smile and upbeat attitude. They can't do enough for me, they make me feel comfortable. They notice if I have low days and are attentive to my emotions. I'm so glad to be with Aroma Care. I would recommend aroma care to friends and family in a heartbeat.
I have no concerns for my well-being when I'm with them.

Generally good although timing could be better. I would prefer a later call in the morning about 7:45 to 8am. 7:15 is too early as I don't sleep well because of the pain. I have had problems with one female carer who doesn't understand how bad the pain is in the morning and doesn't treat me with respect.
We have had a discussion and things have improved.

I haven't been with Aroma very long (since 21 December 2024) but I am happy with the quality of care I am receiving. The carers are all good and my wife can attest to that. The carers are respectful and are a great help to me. The office is very helpful when I need an earlier call for my appointments.

Carer not arrived according to scheduled time in the morning. Rang on several occasions regarding the delay but no answer from the office. Eventually when response another carer was sent. Overall apart from this experience the company provide an excellent service.

Your staff is generally very good but sometimes you put two learners together that do not know all of the procedures and the client has to show them what to do. Not good recommendation.

We were pushed in to using Aroma Care by the Reablement team. Spent over three hours with the site manager, we were told the staff were able to cook a meal for the client, they were excellent cooks etc. this was a lie, were not honest about the rosters and staring times, very cunning, they take your
business and then mislead the client. The staff use their mobile phones to write about the client without any consent, and when asked questions, the "so called manager", lost it with the client and asked the worker to leave the house in the middle of the shift. This is the kind and quality of staff and care providers the council endorses and promotes as care providers. Very poor quality of service, mislead, not upfront, and the staff we met were very badly trained, and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them to any family as we witnessed first hand!!! within 4 days the deal was over, 2/10!!

The care staff are limited in the service they can provide within commissioned care hours however a private option is always available for full meal preparation and from scratch cooked meals if required. Digital Social Care platforms are required with all home care providers and accessed by care staff via their handset in order to ensure full details of care delivered is recorded and monitored.

Aroma Care has looked after both my parents and just my Mother now as Dad has passed. The team are very friendly and have an excellent way with elderly people. They treat their clients with respect and I know my mother looks forward to them visiting. Nothing is too much trouble and I trust all of them
to look after Mum which is reassuring. The management are great and if something is not quite right it is not a problem to sort it out. A great team of people. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful, caring and professional carers. Always treat me with compassion and dignity. Very considerate and mindful both of my mental and physical health. Very adaptable and often go above and beyond when necessary. It is always a pleasure when my carer attends and they enrich and improve my
day to day life. I would not be able to operate without their excellent care. The level of care is consistent and every carer that attends operates to the same high standards, regardless of whether they are my main carer or a covering carer. Administration are always polite and helpful. The office is easy to contact. Happy to alter visits when necessary to accommodate hospital visits etc. Would highly recommend this care company.
