Victoria and Hazel are my mums carers.
I can honestly say, my mother is really happy with the 2 named carers.
They both go above and beyond at each care call.
My mum only has positive things to say about her carers.
They make her laugh, they are always polite and courtesy

The carers who look after my Mum are so lovely to her. They are kind, caring and professional. My Mum, who originally didn't want carers in her home, looks forward to them arriving and calls them her 'Diamond Girls'.

The family are very happy with the service provided and the care team that go in. Our dad also feels happy with the care team. He feels safe and comfortable with them. They go above and beyond with their care duties for our dad. The care team are also extremly good at communicating with the family when
our dad runs out of items. Highly recommend the service.

Too many different carers in a day. One in the morning and different in the evening, the next day two more and so on. Never know who's at the door or what time. When we started it was more regular.

Aroma Care Wellingborough are amazing with my Dad. They make sure that he has one main carer as he has Dementia so a carer that he recognises and knows is key.
His calls are at regular intervals and his carer is always kind and caring with him.

need any advice or need to change the call times slightly. The Manager is also always available if we need guidance or if Dad just needs a chat.
Aroma Care are the complete opposite of Dads last carers and we were so lucky to have found them.

Care is always very good. The girls and boys that come to look after my husband are very polite and know their work. They are very careful and considerate not to hurt him while washing and dressing him.

Every carer is good, but sometimes I am not happy because of my husband. He can't speak, carer helps to clean him.

Very efficient, they understand my problems when not feeling very well. They are courteous and very respectful towards my dignity and privacy. They are very respectful and very supportive of my care needs and support me when walking, as I may have NFD. I struggle to hear them sometimes because of hearing
loss or the pitch of their voice. They always tell me when they are going to be off and when they will be back. I go to craft days and they are always helping, they can't do enough.

I have found the all round performance as very good. The only thing I was concerned with is the changing over from one care to another. This doesn't always go to plan. We get on very well with all of our carers and have learnt quote a lot of their home life. Very good all round.

Absolutely didn't think care at home could be this good, the carers are happy every time they come in two carers 4 times a day helpful and very calm and supportive and the team in the office have been absolutely brilliant we as a family can't thank you enough x

4 visits per day, every visit they come in with a smile and upbeat attitude. They can't do enough for me, they make me feel comfortable. They notice if I have low days and are attentive to my emotions. I'm so glad to be with Aroma Care. I would recommend aroma care to friends and family in a heartbeat.
I have no concerns for my well-being when I'm with them.

I haven't been with Aroma very long (since 21 December 2024) but I am happy with the quality of care I am receiving. The carers are all good and my wife can attest to that. The carers are respectful and are a great help to me. The office is very helpful when I need an earlier call for my appointments.

Carer not arrived according to scheduled time in the morning. Rang on several occasions regarding the delay but no answer from the office. Eventually when response another carer was sent. Overall apart from this experience the company provide an excellent service.

We were pushed in to using Aroma Care by the Reablement team. Spent over three hours with the site manager, we were told the staff were able to cook a meal for the client, they were excellent cooks etc. this was a lie, were not honest about the rosters and staring times, very cunning, they take your
business and then mislead the client. The staff use their mobile phones to write about the client without any consent, and when asked questions, the "so called manager", lost it with the client and asked the worker to leave the house in the middle of the shift. This is the kind and quality of staff and care providers the council endorses and promotes as care providers. Very poor quality of service, mislead, not upfront, and the staff we met were very badly trained, and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them to any family as we witnessed first hand!!! within 4 days the deal was over, 2/10!!
