On the whole, very good. Carers are on time, friendly and get on well with the work.

I am very satisfied the way I am looked after.

As a son the carers will contact my wife if they either need us to get anything, also if they are concerned about my mum.

The family are very happy with the service provided and the care team that go in. Our dad also feels happy with the care team. He feels safe and comfortable with them. They go above and beyond with their care duties for our dad. The care team are also extremly good at communicating with the family when our dad runs out of items. Highly recommend the service.

Too many different carers in a day. One in the morning and different in the evening, the next day two more and so on. Never know who's at the door or what time. When we started it was more regular.

They have helped me towards becoming independent and I'm very thankful for their care.

Aroma Care are the complete opposite of Dads last carers and we were so lucky to have found them.

Care is always very good. The girls and boys that come to look after my husband are very polite and know their work. They are very careful and considerate not to hurt him while washing and dressing him.

Every carer is good, but sometimes I am not happy because of my husband. He can't speak, carer helps to clean him.

Very efficient, they understand my problems when not feeling very well. They are courteous and very respectful towards my dignity and privacy. They are very respectful and very supportive of my care needs and support me when walking, as I may have NFD. I struggle to hear them sometimes because of hearing loss or the pitch of their voice. They always tell me when they are going to be off and when they will be back. I go to craft days and they are always helping, they can't do enough.

We are very happy with the service and the staff and the carers are very helpful.

I have found the all round performance as very good. The only thing I was concerned with is the changing over from one care to another. This doesn't always go to plan. We get on very well with all of our carers and have learnt quote a lot of their home life. Very good all round.

The Agency provide Care Assistants who are caring and supportive. They understand the needs and requirements and work to ensure a good quality of life. They engage with the client to ensure their wishes are respected.

Absolutely didn't think care at home could be this good, the carers are happy every time they come in two carers 4 times a day helpful and very calm and supportive and the team in the office have been absolutely brilliant we as a family can't thank you enough x

The service we have is very satisfactory & carers we have are good most of the time, as long as he is taken care of & with dignity I'm very happy with his care service provider.

4 visits per day, every visit they come in with a smile and upbeat attitude. They can't do enough for me, they make me feel comfortable. They notice if I have low days and are attentive to my emotions. I'm so glad to be with Aroma Care. I would recommend aroma care to friends and family in a heartbeat. I have no concerns for my well-being when I'm with them.

My health has improved because I'm getting regular meals provided by my carers that come in 3 x a day.

Staff are very caring and supportive to my father and are very good at letting me know of any issues.

I haven't been with Aroma very long (since 21 December 2024) but I am happy with the quality of care I am receiving. The carers are all good and my wife can attest to that. The carers are respectful and are a great help to me. The office is very helpful when I need an earlier call for my appointments.
