Elen Bohanna is the Director and Head of Operational Care Delivery at Accredilink Community Response Taskforce. A born and bred North Walian, Elen is the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of every care service the organisation provides.

Unlike many in senior management roles, Elen is not desk-bound. She continues to deliver direct care alongside the frontline team, working hands-on with clients and leading by example. Whether it is covering a complex care call, mentoring a new starter on their first morning, or sitting with a family during a difficult conversation, Elen is there.

Her approach is simple: never ask the team to do something you would not do yourself. That philosophy has built a culture of trust, loyalty, and pride across the entire workforce. Staff know that their director understands the realities of the job because she lives them every day.

Craig Jones is the Care Coordinator for the Llangollen area, responsible for ensuring that every client in and around the town receives the right carer at the right time, every single day.

He is the person who makes the rota work. Craig matches carers to clients based on skills, personality, and compatibility, because getting that match right is what turns a good care visit into a great one. He manages schedules, handles last-minute changes, and makes sure there are no gaps in cover, no matter what gets thrown at him.

What sets Craig apart is his knowledge of the local area. He knows the streets, the communities, and the people. That local insight means he can plan rounds efficiently, respond quickly to urgent requests, and build genuine relationships with the clients and families who rely on the service.
