Vestra Homecare offers a flexible range of services tailored to individual needs, from 30-minute pop-in visits to full 24-hour live-in care. Vestra Homecare Middlesbrough & Stockton is a contracted provider of Middlesbrough Council and Stockton Borough Council, delivering domiciliary care services to individuals living within the local community.
All care services are delivered by dedicated, compassionate, and well-trained staff. Vestra Homecare recognises the importance of trust when welcoming care assistants into someone’s home and is committed to ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
All employees undergo a rigorous recruitment and selection process, which includes reference checks, background checks, and criminal record checks. Prospective staff are also required to successfully complete a comprehensive face-to-face induction training programme held at the company’s local offices. This programme covers nationally recognised topics known as the Care Certificate.
Through this continued investment in staff training and development, Vestra Homecare strives to provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and an improved quality of life for those they support.

The girls that come in are really good with my partner, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble, we have been here a few months now and the carers are all lovely. The office staff are great when I have contacted them it's how care supposed to be.
