Overall Experience

Love the girls can't praise them enough especially the two carers who rang recovery at home. I know shes looked after when im not in the house for half a week but I know they will contact myself or my sister if any problems.

Vestra Homecare have been supporting both our parents living at home with dementia. Having had a previous care agency, I can say with total honesty Vestra are absolutely amazing. The carers are caring, professional and give 100% and more. Without their support we could not look after our parents. They are always kind & patient with our parents, as a family we feel privaliged to have them our lives. Thank you Bev, Brogan & Ashleigh. Words do not seem enough thanks.

The girls who provide care for my Mam are excellent. They have built a good relationship with my mam, my brother and myself. My mam looks forward to their visits and they provide professional, yet friendly care at every visit. Our family feel confident that my mam is receiving appropriate care and this gives us peace of mind when we are not there. We are very happy with this service.

I am very happy with the care I receive. I have 3 main carers during the week, I like having the same people who know my routine. I find the carers very friendly, competent and we have built up a good relationship, so can chat together which is very nice. They always take my needs & wishes into consideration & are very caring.

Overall Experience

I have used the carers to put eye drops and check medication. All the girls I've had come have been extremely willing to put the eye drops in so well and I'm extremely happy with the results achieved. I hope it continues in this manner and the quality remains so good. Not only was it the putting eye drops but the general meeting of someone who wanted to help me and always a pleasant talk ensured.
