Happy with carers and company help me with everything especially when in hospital.

I ham very pleased with the care for my dad the team are very good with my dad! So nice to my dad and are always on time. Could not do this without this team thanks.

My experience with the staff of Vestra Homecare has been excellent. They are very caring professionals with high standard of care, and they are concerned about how I am. I'm very happy to have them coming to care for me.

I have used the carers to put eye drops and check medication. All the girls I've had come have been extremely willing to put the eye drops in so well and I'm extremely happy with the results achieved. I hope it continues in this manner and the quality remains so good. Not only was it the putting eye drops but the general meeting of someone who wanted to help me and always a pleasant talk ensured. Thank you all.

Vestra has been an invaluable service for me, especially regarding meals, laundry and appointments etc. I have built some very positive relationships with some carers. There are some who I consider exceptional, as they instinctively know what I need as they have taken the time to get to know me. Overall the carers are polite + friendly.

Vestra looked after my dad for many years, and my brother and I could not have kept him living in his bungalow for so long without their help and input.

Dad is 99 and totally blind, with very poor mobility. He has finally had to move into a care home, but with a lot of help from Vestra, we had managed to keep him at home, where he wanted to be, for many years.

Staff were always kind and respectful to him, and management were always just a local telephone call away, and were happy to discuss and adapt to his ever changing needs.

With dad now finally moving into a care home, we have reached another chapter in his (long) life, but on behalf of me and my brother, I just want to genuinely thank all the Vestra staff for the great care they provided for dad.

The service we receive is good and the carers do an excellent job. They show respect towards the client and myself. They ho above and beyond what is expected from them and they make sure we are both well and have everything we need.

I changed from another service provider after 7 months of stress, I changed to Vestra and a big weight is lifted off my shoulders and know my dad is getting the care he deserves , they give him his meds they feed him they shower him they care. Tabatha has my dad in a routine she's amazing . My dad is happy he sees regular faces and loves a chat with Millie and the other girls at shower time .
