The girls that come in are really good with my partner, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble, we have been here a few months now and the carers are all lovely. The office staff are great when I have contacted them it's how care supposed to be.

Vesta has enabled me to love an indepented happy life in my own home. The lady who comes weekly always wears her uniform, offers a welcome smile and asks if I am well. Then she commences any task I need to be completed. I have every confidence in this firm as the office is always on hand for advice and support.

All over needs are met.

I have used the carers to put eye drops and check medication. All the girls I've had come have been extremely willing to put the eye drops in so well and I'm extremely happy with the results achieved. I hope it continues in this manner and the quality remains so good. Not only was it the putting eye drops but the general meeting of someone who wanted to help me and always a pleasant talk ensured. Vestra has been an invaluable service for me, especially regarding meals, laundry and appointments etc. I have built some very positive relationships with some carers. There are some who I consider exceptional, as they instinctively know what I need as they have taken the time to get to know me. Overall the carers are polite + friendly.

Vestra looked after my dad for many years, and my brother and I could not have kept him living in his bungalow for so long without their help and input.

Dad is 99 and totally blind, with very poor mobility. He has finally had to move into a care home, but with a lot of help from Vestra, we had managed to keep him at home, where he wanted to be, for many years.

Staff were always kind and respectful to him, and management were always just a local telephone call away, and were happy to discuss and adapt to his ever changing needs.

With dad now finally moving into a care home, we have reached another chapter in his (long) life, but on behalf of me and my brother, I just want to genuinely thank all the Vestra staff for the great care they provided for dad.

The service we receive is good and the carers do an excellent job. They show respect towards the client and myself. They ho above and beyond what is expected from them and they make sure we are both well and have everything we need.
