Overall Experience
Our main carer is an exceptionally caring , kind lady , nothing is to much trouble . When she arrives she brightens my mum's day and takes on her role of personal care , all meals, medication and general care with the upmost support. We don't know what we would do without her .

Overall Experience
My carers are always very friendly and really make me feel at ease. They are always offering to do extra chores around the house to help out. I do feel like they care about me and what I need.
The only issue I've had is with timings. Sometimes there have been inconsistencies with their arrival times and on occasion when I've needed to alter the time due to an appointment, the carer has not arrived at the right time. That said, if my carer is running very late, the office will call me to explain, which is usually due to other medical emergencies.
