I have been using the service for few months. I am absolutely delighted to state that the service received is first class. Staff are friendly, caring and go extra mile. We do have a permanent staff most of the time. Excellent communication and exchange of knowledge is shared. Thank you for your service.

I'm writing this review relating to the ongoing care my father is receiving from Delore Care. We can't praise and thank the two carers enough. They assist him throughout the day, on a daily basis, tending to his personal care with dignity and kindness. Along with preparing his meals and washing tasks. The ladies are very friendly and always come in greeting my dad with a smile. They are great! We feel very lucky we have them. He really couldn't manage without them. We are very grateful to have such caring ladies, and just wanted to say "Thank you".

My husband's carer is punctual, clean and smart ready to perform his duties. He is extremely polite and professional towards both myself and my husband who is terminally ill. I would consider him an asset to the company and would not hesitate to recommend.

Delore has been helping my 95 year old mum, for a few weeks, now she is not as mobile. We have been very happy with the carers who have come in. They always say hello, ask how we are, speak to the cats, also very polite and explain what they are doing. Princess and Raffy are our main carers and both are lovely, professional very friendly and happy. They both remember what mum does or does not like. Also when care needs change from day to day. Very happy with them indeed.

The carers I have have been amazing with the care and support they have given me. The majority of my calls have been with Joy and I get on with her really well. My needs are always met and I have a really good relationship with Joy. Overall I have nothing negative to say about the care I am given.

They could use any spare time better within the agreed schedule if they took the initiative to keep the client's clothes organised and tidy.

Karoline from Delore Care was kind, patient, and truly supportive. She cared for my grandma with compassion, respect, and reliability. Our family is very grateful for her exceptional help. Overall a good service.

Our main carer is an exceptionally caring , kind lady , nothing is to much trouble . When she arrives she brightens my mum's day and takes on her role of personal care , all meals, medication and general care with the upmost support. We don't know what we would do without her .

The only issue I've had is with timings. Sometimes there have been inconsistencies with their arrival times and on occasion when I've needed to alter the time due to an appointment, the carer has not arrived at the right time. That said, if my carer is running very late, the office will call me to explain, which is usually due to other medical emergencies.

My main carer is kind and efficient, especially when acquiring my medications. She greets me with a smile. And is a good timekeeper. She does all the work required happily and without complaint. The carers who come at the weekend are lovely too, but are sometimes hindered by not having instructions put on their mobiles. I find everyone easy to be with as they are not judgmental or nosy.

Overall , we are happy with our carer at the moment

I am absolutely disgusted with Delore Care! I am lost for words to describe how I feel about this company! They are lazy, rush to get out, never stay their full time, no communication and have had a few major issues with a particular carer! There is 1 carer I get on really well with but other than that the other are absolutely witless. I am sorry to be leaving this review but my patience has worn out with this care agency now. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

And not to bring in human rights in to the clients home when showering you have to prompt the client and work with them in a sense you have to ve come a friend and build a bond with them and one lady upset her so much we had to change provider and now we have new providers on board marvellous.

I have had a charming girl looking after me she is kind efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you Dolorecare we hope to continue using your company in the future. This takes a lot of strain off my partner who is also elderly.

We have been using Delore Care since June 2023. We have been very impressed by the quality of care that has been provided. The carers are punctual, efficient, friendly yet professional with well-developed interpersonal skills. Offering a high standard of person-centred care they also demonstrate flexibility when things need to change. As a family we are very grateful and would without hesitation recommend Delore Care to both friends and family.
