I left a not so good review in July 2026 but wish to update on that. Since the change in the main carer things have fastly improved. Having the carer I do now is working out really well, he's efficient, easy to talk to, does the job and is really good with my dogs. I am happy to now remain with delore care and am really happy that my concerns have been managed and addressed. Many thanks Delore care and hope to continue working with my main current carer

He's consistently conscientious, polite, kind, and sensitive to Dad's needs, going above and beyond what's expected - even ensuring things were sorted while he was on holiday. Delore have been doing a fine job helping my very frail mother. Mum needs a visit 3 times a day and I'm still working full time so it really helps us both. It took a while to find a good team but they are a lovely bunch of people. Thank you.

We have been very pleased with Delore Care particularly that we have regular people coming to help us. It makes such a difference.

and your company took over. Alice is my carer and she is a godsend, she is punctual, extremely polite, even though she has done what is needed she still asks if there is anything else needed. I am 68yrs old, and I have emphysema (36yrs this year) she often stays for a quick chat that is welcomed by me as I do not not have many other visitors! I hope to continue seeing her as long as I can!

My husband's appointment time is between 8 and 9am, however Delore changed his time without consulting with us, which is unacceptable. It was left to our carer to apologise on their behalf. This in no way impacts on our view of the carer, of whom we hold in very high regard.

All of the care received has been excellent. Adewuyi has been fantastic and has become.e a friend.

We will recommend the services to anyone.

I have been using the service for few months. I am absolutely delighted to state that the service received is first class. Staff are friendly, caring and go extra mile. We do have a permanent staff most of the time. Excellent communication and exchange of knowledge is shared. Thank you for your service.

I'm writing this review relating to the ongoing care my father is receiving from Delore Care. We can't praise and thank the two carers enough. They assist him throughout the day, on a daily basis, tending to his personal care with dignity and kindness. Along with preparing his meals and washing tasks. The ladies are very friendly and always come in greeting my dad with a smile. They are great! We feel very lucky we have them. He really couldn't manage without them. We are very grateful to have such caring ladies, and just wanted to say "Thank you".

Delore has been helping my 95 year old mum, for a few weeks, now she is not as mobile. We have been very happy with the carers who have come in. They always say hello, ask how we are, speak to the cats, also very polite and explain what they are doing. Princess and Raffy are our main carers and both are lovely, professional very friendly and happy. They both remember what mum does or does not like. Also when care needs change from day to day. Very happy with them indeed.

The carers I have have been amazing with the care and support they have given me. The majority of my calls have been with Joy and I get on with her really well. My needs are always met and I have a really good relationship with Joy. Overall I have nothing negative to say about the care I am given.

They could use any spare time better within the agreed schedule if they took the initiative to keep the client's clothes organised and tidy.

Our main carer is an exceptionally caring , kind lady , nothing is to much trouble . When she arrives she brightens my mum's day and takes on her role of personal care , all meals, medication and general care with the upmost support. We don't know what we would do without her .

The only issue I've had is with timings. Sometimes there have been inconsistencies with their arrival times and on occasion when I've needed to alter the time due to an appointment, the carer has not arrived at the right time. That said, if my carer is running very late, the office will call me to explain, which is usually due to other medical emergencies.
