The carers were three over two weeks..and all were consistently caring, on time, going the extra mile, clear in their purpose, friendly and reassuring. They showed experience and competence.

The Administration team were excellent communicators, and were ready to adapt quickly according to the needs of the patient. They see the value of the same person showing up day by day if at all possible
