With over 50 years of experience in health and social care, including senior leadership roles within Local Authority Adult Social Care Services, Paula brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and dedication to every aspect of the organisation.

Her hands-on leadership approach and unwavering commitment to excellence help shape the culture of CARE4U2DAY, ensuring that the needs, dignity, and well-being of every individual remain at the heart of everything we do.

Despite her senior leadership responsibilities, Paula remains actively involved in care delivery and quality assurance, providing support, guidance, and oversight to both service users and staff. Her reputation within the care sector has been built upon integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.

One of Paula's greatest passions is supporting individuals and families through palliative and end-of-life care. Working closely with the NHS and other healthcare professionals, she is committed to ensuring that people receive compassionate, dignified, and person-centred support during some of life's most challenging moments.

Chloe Hayes – HR & Compliance Director

Chloe Hayes joined CARE4U2DAY in October 2020, bringing with her a strong background in leadership, people management, operational performance, and human resources.

Before joining the family business, Chloe held a senior leadership position within a global contact centre organisation, where she successfully managed large teams, improved performance outcomes, and implemented operational improvements within a fast-paced and demanding environment.

In April 2026, Chloe was appointed as HR & Compliance Director, assuming responsibility for the strategic leadership and management of all human resources, recruitment, compliance, and workforce development activities across the organisation. Her proactive and professional approach has played a key role in strengthening CARE4U2DAY's governance, recruitment practices, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.

In May 2026, Chloe successfully achieved the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, further enhancing her professional expertise in human resources, employment law, organisational development, and people management. This qualification supports her commitment to ensuring that CARE4U2DAY continues to operate in accordance with employment legislation, best practice standards, and regulatory requirements.

Paul Hayes, our Managing Director and Co-Founder, brings over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, information technology, finance, and customer support. His strategic leadership, business expertise, and operational oversight continue to drive the organisation's success, ensuring that CARE4U2DAY maintains the highest standards of service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.

Alongside Paul, Paula Hayes, our Care Director, Registered Care Manager, and Co-Founder, provides the care leadership that sits at the heart of our organisation. As demand for CARE4U2DAY's services continued to grow, both founders recognised the increasing need for high-quality home care across neighbouring communities. In response to requests from service users, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners, Paul and Paula jointly made the strategic decision to expand the organisation by opening an additional registered location. This expansion has enabled CARE4U2DAY to extend its reach, support more individuals, and deliver the same exceptional standards of care across a wider geographical area while maintaining strong governance and quality oversight.

Supporting the leadership team is Chloe Hayes, our HR & Compliance Director, who joined CARE4U2DAY in October 2020. Chloe brings extensive experience in leadership, people management, recruitment, and compliance. In May 2026, she successfully achieved her Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, further strengthening her expertise in human resources, employment law, workforce development, and organisational compliance. Lisa Benton – Senior Care Administrator

Lisa Benton joined CARE4U2DAY in May 2022 as our Senior Care Administrator, bringing with her a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, alongside valuable experience and a strong understanding of the health and social care sector.

As a key member of our administration and care support team, Lisa plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. She is responsible for maintaining accurate service user records, managing care documentation, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring that all records meet company policies, regulatory standards, and best practice guidelines.

Lisa regularly visits service users in their own homes to review and prepare care documentation, complete assessments, and support care planning processes. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure that our service users receive safe, effective, and well-coordinated care tailored to their individual needs.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Lisa is always willing to provide practical support to our care teams when required. Anne-Marie joined CARE4U2DAY in 2024 as a Care Administrator and has quickly become a valued and trusted member of our administration and care support team.

Although relatively new to the health and social care sector, Anne-Marie brings a compassionate nature, strong organisational skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting others. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to learn have enabled her to make a positive contribution to both our service users and wider team.

Anne-Marie's connection to CARE4U2DAY began through her family’s experience with our services. Having witnessed first-hand the quality, kindness, and compassion shown to her father-in-law by our care team, she was inspired to join the organisation and contribute to delivering the same high standards of support to others.

Working alongside our Senior Care Administrator, Anne-Marie plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services. She assists with maintaining accurate service user records, preparing and reviewing care documentation, supporting compliance requirements, coordinating visits, and ensuring records are maintained in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practice guidance.

Nicky Campbell – Finance & Business Support

Nicky Campbell, Paul and Paula Hayes' eldest daughter, joined CARE4U2DAY in 2020 and plays a vital role in supporting the organisation's financial management, payroll administration, pensions, reporting, and business operations.

With an extensive background in finance and administration, Nicky brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and attention to detail to the organisation. Prior to joining CARE4U2DAY, she worked for The Telegraph in Canary Wharf, where she developed significant expertise in financial administration, pension management, reporting processes, and complex business systems.

Working remotely from Devon, Nicky works closely with the leadership team to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the company's financial operations. She is responsible for supporting payroll processing, pension administration, financial reporting, reconciliations, and the maintenance of robust financial controls that help support the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Her analytical approach, reliability, and commitment to accuracy play an important role in ensuring that CARE4U2DAY operates with strong financial governance and accountability. By maintaining effective financial systems and processes, Nicky helps ensure that the organisation remains compliant, financially stable, and well-positioned to continue delivering high-quality care services.
