Ed Deason Job Title: Director Joined: 2026
Ed Deason

Ed is the owner of GoodOaks Homecare Farnham, Alton and Haslemere. He has lived in Farnham for the past ten years and is proud to be building a care service that supports local people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Before moving into homecare, Ed built a career in senior customer experience roles for well-known national and international brands, including Pret A Manger. That experience shaped his belief that excellent care starts with listening properly, understanding each person as an individual and delivering consistently high standards.

Ed brings that same focus to GoodOaks, where the aim is to provide dependable, compassionate care that families can feel confident in. He is especially passionate about helping people stay connected to the homes, routines and communities they know and love.

As the owner, Ed works closely with the care team to build a service based on kindness, reliability, professionalism and trust.

Lynn de Wit Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2026
Lynn de Wit

Lynn started her career in care as a hands-on carer, giving her a deep understanding of what good care feels like in someone’s home. Since then, she has worked her way through a range of roles in the sector, building strong experience in both domiciliary care and office management.

She is now proud to be the Registered Manager for the new GoodOaks Homecare branch in Farnham, where she brings together practical care experience, strong organisational skills and a genuine commitment to people.

Lynn is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care that helps people remain safe, independent and happy in their own homes. She believes great care is built on trust, consistency and kindness, and works hard to create a positive, supportive environment for both clients and care professionals.

She also enjoys building strong relationships within the local community, helping families feel reassured, listened to and confident in the care their loved ones receive.
